Thanks, thought it might be at this price (and not being an actual diver's watch, but I like the bezel on my Duro for simple timing, not just in the water but also in the kitchen!).

berwyn.jones

Yes it is

Rickardo

Is the bezel fixed?

Got this for £56 last year, decent Christmas gift. :)

Saw this as a " Limited Time Deal " this morning but was too tired to add it. Not sure how long those last? Amazon's picture doesn't give an accurate depiction of the colour. To be… Read more

(About Creation Watches) One of my (few) purchases from there was a Casio at around £15 (which I'm allergic to, ahem) and it attracted no charges. That was before Brexit, about two years ago. Used to be if you spent that or less there'd be no charges anyway, not sure about now. Royal Mail was the recommended option to avoid Customs charges but I went with Registered Air Mail back then for all my orders.

RedSambas

Had three watches from Creation watches (Redsol) and all three went tits up within 6 months. As for the warranty .. . . . . . .they offered me $10 to have them serviced/repaired. . . . . Not worth the paper their written on.

Andre_Wool

I just got my Seiko monster automatic for 119. From Honk Kong with 13 days delivery to Liverpool, no extra charges. They are 122£ now, but still worth it. ultraonlineuk

Northernlight

I’ve had a couple of £20 Casio’s from them recently, one last month, one the month before and they didn’t incur extra charges. But as you say, could be a different story with anything higher value

louiselouise

You can get this watch for £90 (with code GIFTCW7) from Creation Watches https://www.creationwatches.com/products/citizen-automatic-198/citizen-automatic-nj0100-38x-mens-watch-17411.html but I have no idea whether you can avoid extra charges these days, I'd assume the likelihood is slim.

When Eco-Drive Citizens can be had for the same or slightly more, the standard quartz models make little sense…that said I’d say there are few watches in this price bracket, that are made better than a Citizen. Armani Exchange, Hugo Boss et al, and lumps of pig iron, with 50 pence movements, and seals so poor, they are only willing to state 30M WR…yet they are usually £150+

StarlordUK

never understand the price of these basic citizen watches - you can get better watches from other companies at less than this price. I know it's on offer so will be better value for those that by Citizen... though not my taste.

Abdz

This isn't eco drive otherwise it would say on the dial; this is simply quartz with no solar power

tonyspoons

Smart looking chronograph. Would've looked better without the superfluous 'QUARTZ' text, and better if it had higher WR, but still good value.

Good deal....the green version with stainless steel strap is also available at the sale price of £179.99... https://www.argos.co.uk/product/8868457?clickSR=slp:term:citizen watch:39:43:1 I would recommend the green purely on the strap...I have the black dial watch on stainless...and that strap is a winner...adjustable on the fly...if a bit chunky. As a package...fantastic watch...that will last you for many years and wears smaller than the 44mm diameter might suggest.

Tacavas

My bad, sorry. Thanks for noticing :)

Baldricky

As above, watch image on deal does not match watch available from Argos.

Looks like a different version has been linked to what you have in the description. Think this is the right one: https://www.argos.co.uk/product/8868581 Looks nice and I like a Citizen so heat from me
