Mm so moral of the story, ignore rrp and focus on whether the watch is good value at the price offered. I'd say the offer price sounds decent for the watch given what I typically see on here, the watch at rrp would go north pole cold.
Selling at that price then. All places do it. Think amazon recently got in trouble for this in the US
Define sold? It has to have been sold at that price somewhere in their network of stores at some point in time to legally justify the original price. However nobody has to have actually bought it at the price (so is it really sold?), and it could have been sold in 1 store for a week at 250 and legally they can still advertise as half price. Not saying they did that in this instance, I have no idea, just be careful not to take discounts at face value.
