Not at all, but I don’t think anyone buying 90”x90” curtains for £10.99 expects high end uber quality

what did your wife do with them ?

These being ombré will be great for a bedroom for early risers or some good (blackout) blinds, homestarters spending thousands on flooring can easily spend £40 in Argos (see my other curtain post) for privacy, not everyone is established, cash or credit flush (or female nesting), this amount of fabric alone is gtear value for those with some ‘very basic’ knowledge of sewing...I got some very cheap basic cream cheap cotton looking curtains from Argos a few years ago (I posted) and it cost me £6 to buy 2 Dylon black dyes at Home Bargains to make my much more HOME made “expensive” looking ‘designer’ style curtains thermal and blackout and much more sturdy with a quick 40 min job on a sewing machine, all in about £30 for some home made large bay window curtains, (charity shop find of uber posh) fabric, dye & thermal/blackout you would pay hundreds for from a specialist shop. You could simply sew some cheap voiles over the outer of these curtains to have some very expensive looking and unique curtains at ten a penny in comparison to ‘ready to hang’ or ‘made to order’. Outside light behind them shows the pattern with voile luxury, even match with a cheap swag/tie back and bobs your uncle, waste not want not, buy 2 sets and some black dye and for circa £60 for all the above it’s unique to your house like the massive country ‘visiting’ houses instead of off the shelf mass produced Nothing worse than walking in someplace and someone else has your same off-the-shelf curtains. Good luck with the wife btw!

The ombre looks good from a short distance. I got the 168x229 for £9.49 to attempt to keep some heat in at my front and back doors
I like them - why not reserve them and decide when you get there?

Bought the grey ones today, much thinner than originally thought

They're pencil pleat not eyelet

Yeah but the poster above was saying same curtains are available with eyelets - they may look ‘better’ in some peoples opinion, the same as ‘tab tops’ but neither are great at heat insulation so why bother buying thermal curtains in these designs, it’s a false economy and also higher heating bills. Tab tops and eyelets are great for blackout but not heat insulation. My bedroom window is double glazed but the cold that radiates off it even with the heat on means I’m warming cold air as the radiator is below the window, I close my bedroom curtains as soon as the sun starts going down to trap cold out and heat in, it’s cold being in the penthoose at the top!

Ideal for windows 6' or smaller but you will see a joint on larger windows. I took one of mine back for an 8' window as I didn't want to see a joint in the pole.
Good price.. i got 2 last year. Really pleased with the quality.
Ordered. Thank you
Sadly no stock near me. I need 5, would have saved me a fair bit.
Got this just after Christmas when stocks were high. Good quality for this price I have to say.
