I know it isn't Barbie branded but the kidkraft one is a similar price 4ft tall with an elevator too but is wooden. Offer def gone now. There are daily deals on a couple of them around the £20 mark but nowhere near as cheap as they were.

The offer is still showing on the balcony house for me. Purchased the sitting room yesterday as interested to see what they are like. I spend an absolute fortune on crafting stuff so this seems a very inexpensive way to buy the basics and then personalise a little. Made this one from scratch.

I've had a look in one and I gasped! It's as fiddly as a fiddly thing. Tiny threads of cotton to handle, everything is very very tiny. The box is heavy so it appears to be a solid structure when built. It's going to be ok for lady fingers and us that wear false nails. If you have middle age eyesight you'll struggle. This is for those with great vision or if your short sighted. I've had laser 👌 These are also brilliant if you have a teen or an adult with ADHD or for someone with autism etc. I bet I won't hear a noise from my daughter all Xmas 😁

Amazing sets on there, have brought from them for the last two years too and they have been really good quality.

I bought the shop and put it away for Xmas last year. Went to put it together on Xmas eve and some of the parts were broken so had to glue it to save disappointed little people. I would check it on arrival before stashing away to avoid the same. Good little shop though for the price
