BfV if you have bf1/bf4 All platforms £27.50 @ EA
20/12/2018Expires on 20/12/2018Found 13th DecFound 13th Dec
Received an email from EA offering BF5 for 27.50 for normal and 34.99 for Deluxe. All platforms I believe. It’s for people who already have bf5 or bf1.

Not a bad deal however I'm disappointed that there are large areas of the game specifically Dice's take on 'Battle Royale' isn't available until March 2019. There are far too many AAA games being released unfinished. I played this game for a few hours round a friend's house and I was underwhelmed by a majority of the maps that I played.

I could only see the deluxe offer too

Has anyone managed to get the standard edition offer on PS4?

I own quite a few battlefield games on Origin and can't get this offer to pop up. I've tried opening BF1 and BF4 then playing about in the menus for a bit but can't find anything. I see a "Purchase Battlefield 5" button but that takes me to a page that shows full price.

I ain't at home at the min but from memory: it was the very last option on the main menu on bf1 for me. Thinks it's like a bf news section

EA ACCESS 12 month £19.99 @ Amazon
Found 10th DecFound 10th Dec
EA access digital download membership code 19.99 at Amazon.

Wait, really? Is this different from the offering on PC because that one is insanely good value. It's an amazing eclectic mix of all manner of games, puzzlers, adventure titles, RPGs, old classics, walking sims.... A PC and a subscription to EA Origin "Basic" could keep someone happy for many, many hours

Always £19.99 year or £3.99 month????

Standard price. I used to subscribe to EA access but if you aren't massively into sports games (I'm not) it doesn't offer a great deal beyond a few NFS games, Mass Effect, Mirrors Edge and Unravel. I know EA is mostly known for their sports games now but for a instant games library type offering there just wasn't enough variety for me....

When I logged in it only offered me the monthly option, hence why I posted.

Says you. I absolutely loved it and £7 for that game is an absolute bargain.

Huge ME fan but Andromeda is a travesty, it is Mass Effect in name only. I was bored senseless after only a couple of hours of its boring uneventful world. I honestly have nothing positive to say about it and I wouldn't want it in my collection if it was going for £1.

Thanks for comments, think I’ll give it a go

Have most of the aforementioned bugs been patched out?

It can and it is. Unfortunately. Paid close to full price when it came out. Mass Effect 3 was much much better. £6.99 is the right price.

STILL NO. Make EA suffer.

There's always been hardcore if you don't like team helpers like that... How about we switch to Wotsits instead? :p

BF is a squad base game but I've never had anyone to properly play with since BF2 on the PC , those were the days

Yes abused. It was overpowered. Hence why they toned it down a few notches. Just because soldiers don't have that dreaded Dorito above their head constantly it doesn't mean teamwork has to suffer. You adapt. BF1 was made overly easy.

Abused? Under-used if anything. It annoys everyone in my clan that so many people treat the game like CoD, going for the most kills on their own, instead of involving the squad / team. BF is a team game and an informed force is an effective force.

I agree, same happened to me when I tried to get Amazon Fire sticks on the other deal. Their substitution system obviously sucks and the only thing someone can do is to have a try. About this deal, sweet wines are a niche, but this really makes a difference for someone who know that Lambrini is something else. I have discovered this wine because the offer but I will look after from now on, even without the discount, as is only 5.35 for a bottle.

Been stung on this twice before - mostly it works, but sometimes it doesn't - an hour ago I got email from Sainsburys for my delivery this afternoon... guess what? - only 5 bottles I ordered are in stock, and it's the only item not being delivered! Funny that - so no discount. Normally that wouldn't be a great problem, I just send the others back but this time it was a very small order and sending them back will drop the total to just 39 quid, so what has happened before kicks in, instead of free delivery (I have midweek delivery subscription), I will get charged 7 quid delivery, so it means either keep them and pay 7 quid extra for the 5 bottles or send them back and pay 7 quid for the under value delivery! I'll just refuse the delivery, and won't be renewing the subscription again, this happens too often, if it's not that, other items aren't delivered and I have to go shopping anyway.

Oh, I see, considering your votes I will look after some vinegar deals. Keep it chilled guys, it's wine!

Did you ever find a deal on Origin Access?

I was hoping Medal of Honor: Allied Assault would be on sale, started the first few levels during the week trial, but it's still £7.99 :( On sale at GOG but I don't want to replay everything, heh (first world problems).

With the older games, just buy Origin Access for £19.99 for a year, excellent value

I think on the Russian store they are, but there's been a few people who got banned for using a VPN to buy games cheap recently so I'm avoiding it for now. For other countries it looks like rather than fix the issue with regional pricing being dependent on where your IP is located, EA did what EA does best and just jacked the prices up to be consistent with the rest of the world and no doubt priced a lot of people out of the market in their own country.

Need for speed most wanted? Awesome!

Hey thanks for that! I'll check them out. I saw that deal for Furious Seas and am tempted as well I've just finished part one of the Gallery and really enjoyed it so definitely recommend checking it out to all. It's so short though so glad I didn't pay full price for it.

Got Toshiba and Verbatim external hard drives that use this connection.

In a house of a crap-load of gadgets, I've literally only ever had a single device that used this cable - the Galaxy Note 3 I think it was - some 5? more? years ago. I would honestly love to know what it the world anyone buying these want them for? Were they popular with portable hard drives or something? Such a stupid format anyway - ugly, bulky, non-reversible... it's like the last hurrah of terrible cable formats before usbC came along.

thats what i thought but it does indeed drop to 0.75 each when you add 4 to the basket, just ordered. heat added.
