My experience was a good one. I bought an 8kg ecobubble a few years ago. It came with a 5 year warranty. This year (4 years after purchase) it stopped working. Called Samsung who semi diagnosed it over the phone. Sent an engineer out within 4 days (at the start of lockdown). He came and replaced the main circuit board. All working fine since. In comparison, I have a Hoover Tumble dryer which coincidently developed an error last month ( still within the parts only warranty period) and Hoover want £129 labour for the engineer to come out and try and fix.
I would stay well clear of Samsung washing machine I have one and the drum has failed on it, I've only had 4 years and now they want to charge me £100 for a call out charge before they can diagnose a problem. I'm not the only one if mentioned this on the LG washing machine deal and someone else has replied stating the same issue they had twice so beware
can you arrange pick up of the old machine with this?
Great price, I've had this for 6 months it's brilliant, quiet, great spin, looks great. I paid £399.
We bought one of these not long ago, it's amazing! So quiet and after the spin the clothes come out almost dry (they take around an hour of hanging afterwards to completely dry). One of the best features over our old machine is that it tells you exactly how much time is left before it finishes (and it plays a little tune when it's finished too :D ) I would definitely recommend one of these if you're looking to get a new washing machine (y) Heat added :)
