Actually looks very good for the price.
Anyone had one of these and can vouch for them ? Thanks

lol you probably purchased the last one (lol)
Yep, when it's gone, it's gone :o
yeah pretty much XD
Wonder if these work on ps4?
are you comparing this £13 pair of headphones to ones £100 pounds more?
Had these about 5 years ago, switched to te m50x and have seen such a huge improvement, these have lasted me now for 3 and a half years however the leather has frayed to pieces, still amazing audio quality.
They were 12.99 at time of posting.
Off to Sainsbury now, will take a look Thanks.
Picked these up yesterday, pretty cheap feeling plastic but lightweight and seem durable enough, very good battery, sound is decent enough but the bass boost is too much.
Headphone makers really need to start upselling based on mids and treble as well as bass...
Shame not online son needs new ones
If it helps, I got them for £4.80!! Probably doesn't!
Defo not working....
Mine is yes they are
My own is experience is, no they aren't.
These are made by vestel. Screens are better than you think at this price.
Not that good but fine if you want smartness for a reasonable price
No dab, no bluetooth, no stock. Just thought I would put all three together, saves others the trouble
No Bluetooth ;(
Non available in Newcastle.
Probably because it's ex-display. If you're near Newhaven instead, the R881BT model is a steal. This one doesn't have Bluetooth.
Resolution isn't everything. It's so annoying that someone always makes a remark about resolution when they don't take into account screen size and viewing distance and the fact it's a TV not a monitor. 1080p would be needed if you were to sit directly in front of it like a monitor but this is a TV...
My wife is the same, often she is watching programmes in SD on our 42" TV???? Another time when an older film has had a very good restoration, she pipes up & says 'that's a really good copy'. Women... All my cameras are 4K now & I have the one set to record in both 4K & HD. On my 15" screen there is a vast difference. Maybe I have good eyesight.
I am with you on this. Although can still see a market for 720p 32inch tv's especially if the input sources are poor quality. My wife can't tell the difference in quality between a DVD and a BluRay - grrr I am also after a 32 inch 1080p tv under £200 and struggling. Hoping with the world cup more go on sale.
Neither can I. Especially when my 5yr old is lying on his bed 3 metres away from the TV watching YouTube videos of other kids playing games!!!!
Hats off to you, I cannot
And the wired sub version is £79.99 !
Says £89.99 when I got to the website?
Misread as 'ethical specifications'. :D
You really are the end of a bell.
Voted cold, doesn't play 8-track or laserdisc.
Dat salt though... whys he not allowed to not like your crappy deal?
28 quid for a new JVC radio with USB not good value? Get out! I couldn’t give a monkeys about Bluetooth or DAB in my for my Gen 1 Eunos. I’d rather have this than £28 worth of your nonsense any day of the week.
i'll leave it then haha stick with 12 tracks on a CD and 3 radio strations
Which review suggests it's pretty rubbish and reviewed it as a "sub-£100" soundbar so presumably overpriced in Currys beforehand!
Let us know how it sounds? Might be worth a trip to my local store on the off chance if its any good. EDIT: Found this review here, might help others also if interested in this -
Nice, always glad when at least someone gets a bargain, Enjoy!
Nice find - thanks for sharing. Heat added :)
There was a line in small text on the Checkout Screen/Form that stated 'Click here to save £10' or similar. It gave a voucher code that knocked £10 off the price. It must be eBay because the item is listed at full price on some of the emailed docs. Must be some eBay random promo !!! : :/ Also did not pay for Express Delivery and it was delivered today i.e. in 1 Day Overall a good deal ....... yet to try it out ..... so fates are in a 'Holding Pattern' over my house until then. :) :) ;) EDIT: (Sorry for the TL;DR length ):) Working well and sound quality good. Some 'Tizz' when high volume BUT this can be solved !!! :) Problem: The Left & Right sides of the soundbar are the exits for the horns that give the 'bass' output. Internally there is a metal tube that forms the middle of the horn. Because this has been formed by bending a metal plate into a tube, there is a Longitudinal split running the length of the tube. Each end of the tube fits onto plastic to form the 'horn'. *** This is the problem !!! ***. The 'split' metal tube resonates at particular frequencies/volume levels. The resonating metal 'Tizzes' on the plastic at each end, which is amplified by the 'horn'. Solution: Place a 'brace/spacer' in the external entrance of the 'horn' to change the resonance frequency. As the tube is metal the material to use should NOT be Metal but something that damps the resonance easily. I used a 1-1.5 mm thick very rigid cardboard that had a plastic laminate both sides ('Cardboard Tag off a Dog Toy' :) , very rigid almost like a CreditCard). I estimated the size and cut a piece approx (40mm x 22mm) [You will need to measure/guesstimate the right size for you.] The fit should be tight but not enough to break anything when you push it in both horns. I needed to push it in with both thumbs as it was a very good fit. Net result the metal tube resonance is damped by the 'brace/spacer'. I need to max the Treble/Bass levels and drive the input through a 'sound profile' that boosts the 'bass' to force the 'tizz' to reappear. [In English, turn treble/bass full on and boost the bass setting on the phone that is playing through the soundbar]. Be careful, do not use excessive force and the risks are all yours if you try this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Currys/PC World/JVC please specify a 'Brace/Spacer' in the design of these next time to damp out the plastic 'Tizz' or use a 'Mastic' to seal the ends of the tube to the plastic or cover the metal tube with a damping material. Thank You. :) --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Picture below: ============
How did you manage to get tenner of ? Any special code
Juarez Was this directly from curry’s or from eBay?
Always been £49.99 in Currys / PC World, that RRP is a bit of a joke. Still a tenner off is still good :)
Thanks OP Just got one for £29.99 ...... got a £10 off voucher on the screen when paying :) Just what I need to replace an old flakey set of PC Speakers I use to listen to Music when in my 'Computer Room'. Good enough and Bluetooth as well.
I bought it and didn't realise I didn't have an aux port in my telly! Bought an optical, so hopefully that arrives soon! Thanks!
Nah, I ended up going for 100W via amazon for only £20 more
I got one of these a while ago for £60. Its not the best soundbar in the world but, it was worth £60 so a steal at £40. I would still go back and buy it again. Heat for the find
Wouldn't disagree, but you're probably not going to get much 'oomph' from your content with it... JVC are definitely the budget level entry point for AV, not that there's anything wrong with that. I meant no Multiple HDMI sources, at all. Some older TV's only have a couple of HDMI ports and limited connectivity, so whilst I was pointing out that yes, this lovely little soundbar has a wide range of connectivity (bluetooth is an excellent addition for this price), you probably shouldn't get it if HDMI is your only option for getting the TV audio out. Some people might not read the specs and try to snap it up at the price, ending up with a speaker, not a soundbar.
That looks a nice bit of kit!
I went store yesterday and tried jvc and logic, logic is far better than jvc, and cheaper, I got logic, comes with small remote control, logic is really far better than jcv.
I think it's only eligible for Deezer if you have it delivered. I ordered a different sounbarvthat also had this offer but I collected from store. Still no sign of any code for Deezer on email. Rang them up once too. The customer service guy was clueless. I gave up in the end. I bought the Logic 2.1 sounbar also for £50. Excellent sound for my small bedroom..I highly recommend the Logic sound bar.
Decent soundbar for the money have one in the bedroom. Bluetooth is handy too.
Been this price for ages confused.com
£5 in asda normal price
They look more like earphones not headphones.
£3.50 at lunsford Park Kent
I'd jump at this if it has Bluetooth! But the Halfords site says it doesn't include it. No one wants to plug their phone into their stereo in 2018!
I remember fonejacker
They're a doddle - give it a go!
Just don't want to pay to have it fitted, but thanks for the input (horror)
Heat added!! Thankyou love the pink ones and a decent pair of headphones xx
i can't understand why so many car stereos have these awfull counter intuitive controls, and so much screen stuff, exactly the opposite of what is needed for a device inside a vehicule
Last time you moaned about no CD player, hard to please (fierce)
It' annoying. These new cars with smart features. You can' even controls fans or temt whilst driving because you have to prod the screen to do it. I prefer dials on some features.
blue tooth and steering stalk compatible at this price, get real u moaners bargain
No Dab radio. I would have voted hot if DAB + radio was there at this price. Recently bought one with both cd and DAB + so know this is not a bargain.
there's this https://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=auto&tl=en&u=https://www.projection-homecinema.fr/2016/06/13/test-jvc-dlp-lx-fh50/
Reasonable price but pretty poorly received overall.
Very bright, but low lamp hours. Can't see any reviews.
