It was bad. It's tiny and grass makes it go all over the place. Finally we also had was a nightmare

Absolutely, buy one NOW before they sell out and save that raver!

What's the capacity like on that one, would it be any good for typical festival situations such as carrying an average sized student back to the tent that is tripping their face off after doing shrooms and ket for the first time whilst watching Ed Sheeran and wanting that "authentic festival rock and roll festival experience"?

I have this for festivals, it’s amazing! Oypla Heavy Duty Metal Gardening Trolley - Green Trailer Cart

£7 in Asda Wembley. Good, but do not overload.

It remember me when a carry my school backpack in one of this trolley everyday. After one month it fall apart. Better idea a shopping trolley.

I would never ever use one of these types of trollies for festivals again. Terrible & skinny so become unbalanced at the slightest bump. 200m across grass & it tipped over atleast 5 times. Best off either having a second bag to carry on your front or, as I have seen used well, use a sledge or a grannies shopping trolley

That’s gonna flip sideways on rough ground. You need one of those 4 wheel garden trollers

OK for bags in airport terminal but not sure about elsewhere...

Perhaps I'll do what I want.

I don’t think you’re their target customer. This is for family BBQs with Burgers & Chicken. Perhaps you could be more positive in life

I got a similar one from Tesco’s last year but it has a chimney. Very good to use and the hatch allows more charcoal to be added if you are cooking a joint or whole chicken etc. No signs of deterioration after 2 seasons for mine.

Had mine for 2 years still going strong. Does want respraying now as its started to rust on places though.

Had one of these for a year or more now and had no problems. Good value. Also got one of these to go with it to stop you scratching the underseal Rubber Jacking Pad

I'm assuming you aren't the type of person who would buy a new one, take the handle out and then return to store saying the handle was missing and ask for a refund or exchange and return to a different store for a refund. I am, and that's what I would do. Lol. (pirate)

Just use a broom handle or similar. B&Q plus other places like a handy man store hardware store sell metal pipe tube. Go walkabout in DIY store. Plus trolly Jack bar can be found online

Good price Does anyone know how i can get a replacement handle for one of these without having to buy the whole thing? Heat added.

I gort something which looks the same but in Black, Grey from Halfords a while back, but didnt have the Glasses and Cutery contents inside, think it was on Sale for about 8 quid at the time. Deal not expired... Item is still £15 (though no 10% off)

Neither of these make any sense. Please explain.

That's exactly what I'm doing for bloodstock! 7 litres of cider or ale freezes perfectly in those. Taste tested some old Rosie after freezing and it tastes stronger if anything.

thats the plan! - have found if you use the poundland 10L water jugs and freeze the booze in them they come out in perfect cubes so you can fit 4 of them in here plus ice blocks down the side and they stay cold over the whole of the long weekend! Its lovely being the only person with cold drinks on sunday

Outback Excel 310 2-Burner Gas Trolley BBQ £100 @ Homebase

I've got to say this BBQ is brilliant and have already used it 3 times since buying it on Thursday! However, one slightly annoying issue I've found... The warming rack sits above the gap between the open lid the main grill. This means that grease drips down from any food sat on the warming rack on to my previously beautifully clean and spotless patio. Now I've got grease stains on my patio ;( Has anyone else experienced this? The only solution I can think of is to use the BBQ on the grass rather than the patio.

Excellent, I'm going to pick this one up then, and return the Robert Dyas one, as they don't do price match!

I think it's wrong. I don't think the 300 is even available anymore. I bought this from Homebase on Thursday and can confirm it is definitely a 310.

Homebase description says it's the Excel 300 not 310. The 310 is available from Robert Dyas for £139.99, which I ordered last Thursday! Does anyone know what the difference between this 300 and the 310 model is, and if it's worth the extra £39.99? Edit: Confirmed Excel 310 below.

I forgot about the lack of kava rock supplied, only about half of what was needed.

I’ll grab a photo later

Why bother? The old saying buy cheap, buy twice is very true. Cut my losses and bought a proper mechanics 3 ton one from Costco.

Holding an engine up while the engine mount was off while doing a cambelt.

Any particular reason you would keep a car up on a trolley jack for 15 minutes instead of onto some axle stands? :/

I nearly bit on this deal, but want some new cable for a longer run. The cable is marked up as 3C-2v which is a cheaper make of cable similar to that of RG59 cable according to Wiki. So basically OK for a short run if you've got a good TV signal. Any one looking for a short run of really good cable, Amazon have this as an add on item for £5.49 currently. Folds away nicely, ready to lug all you stuff camping and to festivals. Was £125 with Discount code to get 15% off £42.50 and free delivery at checkout

Just picked up for Bloodstock Festival, can quite easily fit a 5'3 11 year old in with no trouble and have estimated it can hold 180 cans of beer. Folds and unfolds in seconds and seems damn sturdy For the sake of £4 extra pick up some threadlock for peace of mind on your travels!

obwan2014 £219 and in stock. It will carry approx. 280 litres of beer on the back of it. I've bought 6.

Received my cart today and I impressed, seems very sturdy and well made, it folds and unfolds in seconds. Definitely not worth £125 but for what I paid, happy days. Now to see how much beer I can fit in it 😁

I've got the Kampa version of the same design (probably all the same with different badges) and it was perfectly fine for carrying camping chairs, coats, food, drinks etc. around a wet and muddy CarFest North weekend last year. As were many, many other people. No sign of wear and tear at all. Versions with pneumatic tyres or industrial sack barrows of course are better, but are often not a feasible option if too big to get them to the venue.

Yeah would agree - this looks like the fairly generic type available all day, every day from eBay around the £40 mark. Certainly seem very similar in size and supposed weight capacity (70kg - 80kg). Thing is, that sounds but when you see these in the flesh, they look small and weak and, in practice, indeed are. By the time you've put your tent, chairs, beer etc in, it's creaking and given that most festival sites are far from smooth, usually bits start to shake loose, bend and fall off. When you add the walk from the car park can be a fair distance sometimes, I think they are a false economy. I got a proper garden one, can't remember the make but it's a well known garden brand. Cost about £50 in a sale somewhere, I did see them listed for over £100 on Amazon at the time. Still folding, a 120kg weight capacity and much more robust but takes up a bit more space and weight in the car. I still wouldn't trust it with the full 120kg - I'm 80kg and sitting in felt a bit risky, but it's lasted a couple of festival seasons so far with no major issues. I had to replace one of the bolts because it was too short and kept coming undone but other than that, well worth it.
