Does anyone know what product they use at car washes that's applied using a brush?
Have you read the back of TripleWax Tyre Shine!? It states use Tyre Slik AFTER lolll (lol) You must never have used Tyre Slik?! It’s 10 times better than the Tyre shine you point out I’m afraid.
Used all the tyre blacks over the (many) years from the old tins and brush it on (awful) to all the latest Meguiars etc. Then a few months back in Morrisons I picked up a can of this (foam tyre black) by Triplewax. F me! This is the bee's knees! No effort. Simply spray the foam around each tyre (what a minute, two mins at most?) then... walk away. Come back in ten mins and jeez, new tyres look! I won't use anything else. If you are a lazy sod, THIS is for you. It REALLY is good! AND 2 quid in Morri's. Always. :D
I use a lot of Meguiars products but I don't have a use for Endurance. Yes it lasts a long while. But the reason it lasts a long while is also it's biggest flaw. It's a gel you are physically leaving on the side of your tyres. The issues with this are its a pain to do if the side walls of your tyres have a lot of texture to them and it can fling off and make a right mess. The spray doesn't last as long but takes seconds to do. So you have to reapply it more often - but doing so is effortless. But it's all personally preference isn't it? I'd argue if you were into your care looking good you'll be washing it often anyway and can easily reapply tyre blackener as and when you do. And if you're not that bothered - does it matter that how black your tyres are whilst the bodywork is covered in dust, mud or water marks? I just don't personally see Endurance as worth the hassle.
Definitely not. I’ve tried all the wet look products from the major brands. Meguiars lasts for weeks. This would last one weeks top, with rain, a few days. This is just my experience anyway.
