Amazing how we relate in the similarities and that this game helped us both through these times! I hope things have picked up for you my friend, life has been very difficult for all lately. Sure, I will let you know! :) Also, if you want to add on PSN (don't have to) my PSN is the same as HUKD. For Xbox it is L00PYLL0YD. I love gaming, it is and will always be something I am passionate about, at times I lose my mojo, but I am pretty sure, I will always game for the rest of my life.
Wow that pretty much describes my experience also, last year or so has been the hardest of my life, being able to play D2 with my best mate (and talk about s**t) has saved my sanity I'm sure. lmk how you get on with Wildlands (if thats ok)
Likewise I completed The Division 2 with a friend during 2020, bar the last raid type trophy which we will try soon. Gotta give some love for The Division 2... last year was basically the worst year of my life, but the time spent on this game kept my sanity about, when my whole life basically fell apart around me. But we was considering playing Wildlands also. IF it is half as fun, the companionship of co-op and more good times, would be what I am looking for.... Might start this with him next week if he is about.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands (Gold Year 2 Edition) [Xbox One / Series X/S - Argentina via VPN] - £9.17 @ Eneba / ArgentinaVPN Games£9.17Eneba Deals
Just some multiplayer loot with the year 2 gold edition. Not worth it for me. I’m happy with the basic edition.
Great game with hours of content
It's a joke how much Ubisoft want for the Season 1 pass though https://store.ubi.com/ie/tom-clancy-s-ghost-recon-wildlands-season-pass-year-1/5761516ea3be1683708b466a.html
If you've got friends to play with, it's one of the best multi-player co-op game out there. I'm playing it weekly with my friends, we started months ago and we haven't even done half of the map: it's huge! I paid something like £12 at the time and never regretted it.
Thank you, it has indeed. I should've read it properly. It does clearly state the discount is applied at checkout. Thanks again :)
Year 2 gold doesn’t seem to have single player extras, only multiplayer. Check out the Steam Page. Not for me, even for £1. https://store.steampowered.com/app/832700/Tom_Clancys_Ghost_Recon_Wildlands__Year_2_Pass/?curator_clanid=25165799
With the recent updates of AI squad members and option for tuning off loot upgrades for breakpoint they have very much in common. For me they are now almost on a par, but where Breakpoint is more strategic and “realistic”, Wildands is better for a quick blast. Both now great games. 6 months ago Wildlands was easily the better of the two.
Yes. 61 hours played in Wildlands, 11 hours played in Breakpoint here.
its much better than breakpoint
Worth picking up even if I already have breakpoint? Seems silly not to at this price

Personally I’d go with Breakpoint for a similar price on the store or physical. Now that’s it’s been updated and added AI team mates it’s a ‘slightly’ better game. The mission structure of Wildlands was very tired and felt like Assassins Creed 1, doing several missions in an area over and over. Breakpoint seems to do a little bit of a better job at giving the player some freedom of choice.
Yeah its improved ten fold. I'm spending more time in Tarkov, which i'm enjoying, and also EmuTarkov.
I think sometimes games are so big, so grindy that initially it can seem daunting. The fad with some of the larger AAA titles is they are IP's, so to have the gamer spend longer in the title, they are packed out with grind and repetition. I will go back into MGS V next, i did put a lot of hrs into that game, so i would like to finish that next. It might just inspire me. My list of games covers Steam/Epic/GOG/EA/Ubisoft and countless others. Every 5 years i abandon all of my gaming accounts and start fresh, otherwise its bewildering,
Wildlands was a better game. Breakpoint is now almost as good since they added AI teammates.
I purchased breakpoint but yet to start it, so much backlog and every game has its own mechanics so I do try completing one before the other, wildlands just looks like it never stops, I get your point though, game has its awesome feel about it.

This goes on sale for around £10 from time to time but decent to try out for free until next sale.
It's tempting, and I considered whether spending an otherwise uncommitted weekend on it would be a good idea (I really enjoyed Ghost Recon Future Soldier), but it would take at least 40 hours to complete the base game, and there appears to be £55 of season passes to pay for to get the rest of it (the same cost as the year 2 gold edition which includes the base game), so probably better to buy one of the bundles when on sale again. Not that I'm trying to dissuade anyone else from dipping in, but just thought I'd share what I found and my first impressions for any other potential completionists wondering what they're in for. Edit: I also didn't realise there's a sequel for this (Breakpoint), wow, talk about going full stealth...
Are you thinking of Breakpoint? Wildlands is more like Far Cry than the Division - e.g. no loot or levelled gear, etc.
I've just got to El Sueno having completed all the missions (other than the Predator mission) - agree the Sam Fisher mission was tough though - I ended up just defending in that room and then running away through a gap in the fence until I lost the patrols!
One of the worst games I have ever played Should of called it the division in the jungle

True it's a couple years old now but it's not that different to Break Point in terms of gameplay. The graphics are solid and it is very enjoyable. Definitely worth the price tag
It (Break Point) looks decent. But its glitchy and at times unrealistic. I'm judging from Gameplay footage off YouTube. You can fly a drone a few feet away from the enemies and they won't notice. And if you get spotted and simply move away from the enemies they'll think you've vanished and wont pursue you.
The game mechanics are very similar to Break Point though. It all depends on which setting you prefer. They've basically copied and pasted all the good bits from Wildlands and added it into the latest game
Guys its £14.85 from SimplyGames with free delivery so if you don't have an Argos nearby I'd buy it off there

I haven’t tried it on the Turkey store yet, but a couple of people on the recent Turkey thread have reported similar problems. Yeah, this card was the last to go so we had a good run, but saying that there has to be another card out there that works, surely?
Do you know if Starling still works on the Turkey store as I use that a fair bit as well. Not had a chance to check myself yet. If the block on Starling is permanent it's a shame as it was easy to use but at least we got a good lengthy run of being able to use it.
Still not working for me as of today, so looking like it’s a physical card block on PSN’s side
Just checking in on this thread, to read the bad news ;( I bought a year of PS Plus purely for the discounts so it's a knee in the pods to me... I suppose it was only a matter of time after Revolut got cancelled - I should have seen this coming (annoyed)
