If it’s the one i’m think of,It was because the dimensions of the ring not the model on the picture. The picture suggested the ring was way bigger than the one that was actually advertised. The photo showed a giant inflatable ring where as what was for sale was a tiny kids ring. I had the same message. I emailed them back saying 50cm is way smaller than 42" and I'd like to cancel. Fair play, they apologised and refunded back my money.

Not at all, got one a year ago....possibly one of the most uncomfortable and unweildy chairs I've ever used. The bottom cushion is only supported by one spring and the head cushion by weak stiching. Lasted a month, straight to the tip.

These are truly well worth £15.

Bar code will be the same as its not a tesco exclusive. The bar code is on the box. Argos add their own stickers. Worst case take box back with some half tears in it on bar code and a few other places and say it was a gift which had been wrapped up they will see its is brand new and untouched..

totally agree.. bought a garden bench expecting it to last... 2 years down its completely warped and no longer waterproof.. its not even in direct sunshine.. overall not excited about Keter products anymore..

This chair is complete tat! I bought one last summer and the instructions to build were impossible to follow, they didnt work practically! The material is also so flimsy. Not a good deal

Bought one of these on a previous deal for similar price a few years ago. They are just OK. Don't expect them to last more than a couple of years before they steel frame shows signs of rust. Also the webbing on ours has pretty poor seams and the stitching is going in places!
