Usually hovers around £39.99-42.99 on CDKeys and ShopTo, I believe.

Is it often £39.99 on Cdkeys or is it pretty rare / just for black friday?

Don't worry I think be similar offer on black Friday/ cyber Monday..

I’m gutted, I went to bite on the last day to find the Now offer ended the day before the cd keys offer. Thank you for confirming.

Don't need ps plus correct and if buy ps now on correct account, than it can be shared over both consoles

I must have got Lucky then as it worked for me at 7am this morning.... (y)

It's because they've incorrectly put the expiry date of the code to get the discounted £25 network top up from CDKeys rather than the ability to combine it with the PS Now sale which is what this deal is about.

I once bought PS Plus when I was trying to buy PS Now so hopefully that helps balancing it out. The subscriptions stack so I ended up with a 22 month period until PS Plus ended and I didn't even want it. Was nice to get FFVIIR though.

I think you may be right. Looks like they haven’t realized that BST ended the early hours of Sunday morning, and switched to GMT. Regardless, I got lucky. I had the credit n my account and was waiting until the last minute to maximize my time when it came to renewal next year. Got engrossed in catching up on a TV series. That’ll teach me!

Says 23:59 BST, so perhaps to do with our clocks having gone back an hour? We're in GMT, thus this should expire 00:59 GMT?

Thought this ended at 23:59BST on 31st October. Panicked as I thought I’d missed it, but just managed to purchase it at 00:20 on 1st November. Think I got lucky, as the T&C’s definitely state 23:59 on 31st October. Phew!

This is my first post so hope I got it correct. This is the cheapest I can find at the moment. Hope it helps somebody

Nice one. Thanks for taking the time to share this @whity458

Hey, Nope, no retailer pays us to be allowed to be posted, or not. We earn commission from merchants where we can, but allow any that meet our quality rules (eg certain number of reviews or history) to be posted, even if we earn nothing. When you say websites like these are usually banned, I'm not sure that's quite right. Certainly some have been banned (and still are) when we have specific concerns about them, but they aren't banned as a category. We allow this one, Eneba, CD Keys, Gamivo, Kinguin, G2A... probably others i am forgetting

Not a bad deal, but we'll see prices like this come Black Friday, it even goes down to £34.99 or lower, and they can be stacked too, just like GPU

I’ve been buying from them for quite a while & never had a issue. However the pricedon’t inc 20% Vat now so their no longer my go to anymore.

Out of curiosity since websites like this are usually banned. Does the site pay you to allow posting their “deals”?

Credit @merb0786 for heads up. The Last of Us Part II Five years after their dangerous journey across the post-pandemic United States, Ellie and Joel have settled down in Jac… Read more

I've just started it and the first few scenes with the guitar and the joke. The acting/motion capture is fantastic. Though the initial look of Ellie was based on a different person, the mannerisms and facial expressions are so much more like the actress playing her, now. I could see the actress through her. I'm extremely surprised she didn't have a bigger live action career. Her IMDb for voice acting is extremely long. I did notice they almost fully cut her already tiny bit part out of Avengers.

I agree with you, fantastic game.

I completed The Last Of Us Part 2 yesterday. I'm currently playing through again quickly to get the upgrades to get the platinum. The game was insanely good. Absolutely amazing. The story was so good. The characters were so real and I really cared for them all. Some of the scenery at the end of the game (the fire) was incredible and felt like riding into the Heart of Darkness. And the last game scene and epilogue were good. The environment was so well thought out. Supplies were where you would expect them to be and it wasn't one of those games that laid out loads of ammo whenever a bit battle was coming up so you never knew when something was going to come up. I can't think of a fault at all for this game. I guess I didn't like the flashback chapters as much when they started because I just wanted to progress the main story but then something amazing would happen in those chapters (the space ship!) which made me so glad the chapter happened. I will have to let some time pass before I decide but this game could become my favourite game of all time. I have been gaming for 25 years so it is rare for a game to excite me as much as this one did. It's surprising as I didn't actually think the first game was as good as most people were saying. I did have Part 2 on my list of games to play but I may not have got around to it if it wasn't on Playstation Now so I'm so pleased it was on there. Also much kudos to the developers for the accessibility mode options. I didn't use them but think it is great they are in there and I hope this becomes common in games.

Its unfair to expect games like tlou 2 for £1 month

I got the platinum trophy for FFVII which was a September Now game, really enjoyed playing it through so comprehensively and the nostalgia was nice. It was strange that I remembered certain bits of dialogue almost word for word from playing it the first time 24 years ago yet some whole sections I just could not remember. I played about 3 hours of TLoU2 over the weekend, of which about an hour was cutscenes. So it's early days but my impressions are that it is a seriously high quality production. The graphics are the best I have seen. I struggle to see how much better PS5 graphics can be but I remember thinking the same about PS4 graphics when I still had a PS3. I had a strange experience with TLoU1 so wasn't sure I'd like TLoU2. In TLoU1 it was a brilliant story but throughout the whole game I just wanted it to end and was even looking at walkthroughs just to see how many sections I had left. With TLoU2 I'm really keen to finish work so I can play it some more! It's hard to put my finger on what is different. I think in TLoU1 a lot of sections were parts where Joel could not get to a certain point so Ellie had to climb through a vent or something to lower a bridge then rinse and repeat. Also I remember finding TLoU1 really hard so whenever zombies appeared I knew I was going to die 10 times so I hated it. I can't remember what difficulty I played on but I think I hoarded ammo way too much so won't make the same mistake this time. I started TLoU2 on "Very Light" which might be a bit easy. But I'm bad at games in general. Might move up to "Light" if I'm feeling lucky punks. Overall very pleased with this addition. PS Now has kept me very busy this year. I recall only buying one game during 2021.

yes it can... you just need to wait for your account to expire then do exactly the same again... microsoft just want subscribers at this point they are playing the long game .. sometimes reality is better than assumptions...

I started FFVII on Saturday and already got 8 hours of gameplay in. I was excited to play it but still surprised how much I am enjoying it. Last couple of days I have finished work and dinner and just logged on and played until bed time. Antisocial but I love it! I am taking time to steal all the best weapons and armor from enemies when they are available. It makes the boss fights quite easy but still feels satisfying to beat them as I have done the prep to kit out my team. I'm aiming for the platinum trophy which means I have a trophy guide to hand. I can still progress through the game the way I want but just need to make certain choices in the dialogue to make sure all the trophies are available to me. At the moment just waiting until work finishes so I can log off an play FFVII some more. Reminds me of school when I just wanted to go home and play Resident Evil.

Rocket science is hard. Reading not so much… i mentioned that £1 switcheroo deal in my comment but that’s a one and done. Can’t be replicated on the same account

Buy 3 years live gold then covert to gpu for a £1 not rocket science just great value for money

Been really pleased with PS Now recently. Particularly stoked about FFVII as I was going to buy that anyway. I am still finishing off Ghostrunner from last month, trying to get the platinum and think I only need a few more sessions to do it. I am not going to start FFVII properly until I've finished with Ghostrunner but I thought I'd download it last night and I had a quick 10 minute go on it. Having played the original in 1997 the nostalgia that hit me even from just seeing the menu was tangible and I know this sounds dramatic but I wasn't far away from tears! I am going to have a lot of fun with this game when I get into it properly. I will try the other games, not sure I will get into them as much as the games from previous months but one might grab me.
