For a single smoothie, sure. I usually blend up 3 ice cubes and half a frozen banana, along with protein powder and water/milk. It done the job fine everyday for the past ~3 years I've had it, but I'm sure other blenders are quicker / can manage more ice.

Depends what you are blending. For most people this is likely more than enough

Last time I had one of those it lasted us around a year of daily use, then the plastic parts had worn out. If you are into buying cheap and often... I guess it's a good option. I am personally not a fan of disposable electronics, just adding to the waste problem so I bought a Ninja blender instead and the quality of that is not even comparable to anything Breville.

Could always purchase it and put something heavy on the top, that of course won't fall over with the vibrations. I don't have this machine, but I have a similar one and it is push to blend or push and twist to lock in and blend. Maybe this has that?

I have this model. It is an old one. Didn't think they still sold it. Had mine 5 or 6 years and it still gets plenty of use. Bargain at this price.

I've had this for 6 years and it's brilliant. Unfortunately, you have to push down on the cup as it blends. It's rather loud but that's due to the high wattage I guess.

Depends how desperate you are to own one.

My item has come without outer amazon packaging and my address label stuck to the actual nutribullet box. Is that normal practice? It’s a gift but will now have an address label on it - a bit annoying

Had this blender for a few years now, still going strong. Blends anything I have tried with ease. I often blend frozen veg for a smoothie. It is ridiculously noisy, but is certainly up to the task

Love mine - really noisy but compared to the Bullet I had before, this one is capable of dealing with ice and frozen fruit. This is a bargain.
