All probes / rovers and suchlike burn up or run out of fuel eventually. It's the data sent back to earth which helps us understand the cosmos better and advance our scientific knowledge. When the mission is complete I'm sure you will be able to read about the findings in scientific journals first. You'll then find simpler explanations in the newspapers for Joe public.

Damn, I've just added my name to the list. Wish I've read that before sending it :/

Why would NASA spend any money sending a rocket to the sun, when it's just going to burn up? What scientific data or research could they hope to get from this?

I've not read all the comments son expect this joke had already been made, but I'd be shocked if this deal doesn't get much heat lol

Ooooooooooooh great (sun) burn!!!

This is an old post, codes no longer valid. You need new codes WALL SIZE LUCK F2L9 GOOD Feb/Mar 18

When I try and book online it requires 5 codes which I've entered from ones in the bio of this post but when I click submit it comes back and says invalid code..I have used the sun a few tumes in the past but not for a couple of years, can anyone help explain what I'm doing wrong please. Thanks in advance.

270 quid ????

I know that there are 10 codes enough. But can someone send another 4-digit code, please?

We have previously gone away 19th March week as it does seem to have plenty of no extras dates, but with the little one starting school shortly I looked at school holiday dates and it is very difficult to find a reasonably priced holiday within a reasonable driving distance from the NE. Devon/Cornwall seems to have dates but too far for a short break. I'm hoping the April/May booking releases some suitable under-booked parks.

pedantic alert ta for offer ignore the morons!

Welcome to HUKD hahaha I voted hot. The deal itself is great. Anyone redeeming it might wanna have their morals checked, but hey, that's not what we're here for.

Its quite simple. The Sun is sold in very many outlets. Many people buy it. Tesco's had it at a very competitive price, you would be hard pushed to find it anywhere else at a similar or lower price. That makes it a good deal for those that want it. By voting cold simply because of prejudice does not change the fact that it is probably the best deal.

sick rag for sick readers .

Haha Love it!

It's the only way a Tory Scum newspaper can make any sales to ordinary people. Lidl bosses need their heads examining if they think ordinary people who use a discount supermarket would read Tory Propaganda from a gutter press toilet roll like The Sun. May Rupert Murdoch die a slow and painful death, starting as soon as possible.

Sun newspapers sold out early in my area ...anyway I could get it online? I tried liking the sun on facebook someone on here commented you can get it free online if you do that, but did not work!! ...any ideas guys?

Beggars belief this is cold. I am not a sun reader but.... I took this out too and my case of virgin wines rocked up yesterday. Granted it is only 5 bottles, but, they are all £5.99 + on Virgin wines. Further to this, I have reserved 2 Legoland tickets and am getting free kids club cinema tickets @odeon - plus the other Sun perks. Not a bad £9.99 spent, assuming I remember to cancel!

...and yet the deal is cold?

Another testimony: I signed up for £9.99 deal for 3 months with the Sun couple of days ago. I received a £20 Tesco gift card yesterday by post. Also I will be getting £15.75 from TCB soon for this. Not sure who is loosing and where, but my investment of £9.99 fetched me a lot.

I took this deal out a few weeks ago and went via Quidco so i'm going to get £10 cashback too! So effectively i'm getting free wine and a tenner for taking it out! Definitely worth it whatever you think of the Sun!

P.s hot deal, thanks for posting

Cheapest I could find so definitely NOT £90 (unless they changed that over the last few days).

The cinema tickets are really good. Films that would cost £20 for 2 people are completely free and you get to see the films before everyone else. These are big films too, like the recent Kingsman.

Perhaps your rants could be put into podcasts in order to help insomniacs... zzzzzzzzzz

I lost one month's subscription the first time but this time I'm waiting so as not to suffer that loss again. The quality of the wine might be questionable but, even if I use it in cooking, there's still a bunch of other perks that more than make up for the £3.33 a month cost. I hate the Sun and I'm being horribly hypocritical with this subscription but it's hard to resist on VFM reasons.

How much is these wine bottles really worth?.. And aren't you losing out 1 month of subscription each time, so far it looks like you have lost 2 months subscription.

Just off the phone again after wanting to cancel my subscription as I renewed for an additional 3 months (actually 2) as per the above. Spoke to a very helpful agent, Phil, who said I could do another quarter for £9.99 and get 5 bottles of wine "worth over £47". He even said I could phone back towards the end of this, my last month, and get the offer then - thus not losing another month to the renewal process. Just thought I'd let others know if case it's any help. Can't imagine the wine will be that great but there's Warwick Castle tickets this Sunday and he confirmed it'll be Thorpe Park tickets in August. Plus all the other bits too.

Same here, emailed 4 x tickets today as took out the family ticket for 3 months for £9.99 a month that's worth it as so whole family can get into Legoland for no extra cost.

Hi Karlie, yes I did see that the £1.50 charge was for p&p but we got emailed tickets...
