Thanks for sharing. I will give it a try . I am always scared of eating fats , especially saturated fats . I have MCT oil but only used as coconut hair oil which does not freeze . I did not use for losing weight and get satiety . Seems like claims they make for Conjugated Linoic Acid or CLA. cardiovascularbusiness.com/topics/hypertension/cardiologist-patients-not-follow-keto-diet-mistake

I agree with @Handel78 it’s does leave hair greasy, I believe that this is because this product is for Afro Caribbean hair which needs grease to nourish it, where as European hair doesn’t need the grease.
It's OK depending on your hair as per the reviews on Amazon. It is conditioning and I find it leaves my hair a bit "greasy" for want of a better word after washing. I have thick hair and I just don't get the feeling that the strands of hair are separated like they are when I used a good shampoo or conditioner on their own. I only bought it for the novelty when I was ordering something else from Amazon.
Great shampoo, no nasties, have been using it for over a year now
It's worth looking into how you use oil/fat. In comparison to animal fats coconut oil is very high in saturated fat. Whilst coconut oil doesn't contain cholesterol it will increase cholesterol levels in your blood. It is worth mentioning if heart disease is present in your family history it is certainly worth studying healthy fats and low cholesterol diets.
Great price, cheapest I've seen it I think (y) 🔥
This does not smell or taste anything like coconut buy the Aldi one cold pressed and organic

I was just about to say I have seen these in my local Poundland and home bargain stores
These are always £1 in my local H&B, very handy.
I went to Brixton. At least 100 pots by the till alone (lol)
They set themselves a mission to bring it back home for the rest of us to enjoy.? To be honest all there had to do is jump on the 155 bus to the bottom of Balham High Road and I live just around the corner! (Mission) (confused)

Oil pulling, also known as “kavala” or “gundusha,” is an ancient Ayurvedic dental technique that involves swishing a tablespoon of oil in your mouth on an empty stomach for around 20 minutes. This action supposedly draws out toxins in your body, primarily to improve oral health but also to improve your overall health. Is this toothpaste working on this premise?
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate is the foaming agent I want yo avoid. Thanks Thatsme out
Fun fact my dental hygienist swears that coconut oil on your teeth is the best tooth whitening solution out there. She says most of the best treatments has it in them.
Yeah I think a lot of people vote on personal preference rather than if it's a deal or not.
