The dial uses a mechanism that adjusts the length by pushing out the guard. But one day I was replacing the guard and the mechanism broke inside which means it no longer adjusts, ie. the dial can be rotated but the guard no longer moves. Not a great build quality mechanism that lasts, in my opinion.
For anyone who can be bothered, I took my old one apart using the YouTube videos for the MB200. Only difference is the MB320 uses AAA batteries rather than the AA in the MB200.
Search YouTube for MB200 battery, that's the previous incarnation.
Got this for a similar price about 5 years ago. Gave me a nasty cut once where the plastic protector must have nic'd a pore as I pulled downwards on my throat, a string on skin hanging loose afterwards. Although I was pushing down fairly hard to be fair. Wish there was a shaver with some kind of fine comb thing at the front to lift hair up. This misses quite a few so you have to go over multiple times (better than other shavers I've tried so far though). Battery life doesn't exist on mine anymore, but still works great corded otherwise. I still use it for the man regions without the guard, although I don't push as hard on those.
I wish manufacturers would allow us to change batteries on these things. Not very eco friendly are they?
I've had a few good Remington straighteners, my daughter has ghd's which I love, but I also have the REMINGTON Shine Therapy Hair Straightener and honestly I don't think there's a huge difference. I haven't tried the Remington Style edition straighteners in this post myself, but it's probably worth checking out the customer reviews on Amazon (where they are priced at £29.99)
Isn't this too cheap for a straigtner? Aren't most decent ones around ~£80?
Got it from same deal last time and it is solid product tbf
Can't make my mind up yes or no .would like a spare though,
According to Amazon description, the Hair dryer weighs: General information: Weight 1.05kg. Which is a shade over 2lbs, yet the box states it's 'a light weight design'. (confused) I appreciate your feedback, thanks. It may be a deal for some and not for others. (y)
You're most welcome. :) I am happy to recommend this to others as the price, with delivery, is great. (y) The Hair Dryer ticks a lot of boxes for the very reasonable £12 price.
Got one the last time for my good lady as a spare . Its like something from Russia, heavy as well ..wouldn't buy it again .
These or the Phillips with the rotating head? (For those that have used both)? Bit nervous about 5 being the shortest but all the self cuts this seems to be about as long as they allow for some reason...
Can you skin fade cut with these?
Great find op (y) The best clippers I've used since sliced bread. Very tempted, but I've already have two sets of these. Definitely recommend these, saved myself hundreds of pounds by not going to the barbers.
The handle looks quite small, how comfortable/practical is this to hold compared to that normal full sized wired one?

Having used a couple of different Philips ones and a couple of different Remington ones I have found the Remington ones to cut better and more evenly.
This comes with some weird brush. That's it. I got the regular b5 to replace my old beard boss because I find the type of wheel adjuster ideal for hair cutting. The battery is definitely better but the guard on the boss is definitely better. It was only about 24 quid so good price but I'd get the boss if I had to choose again.
The title states "beard and stubble trimmer"!
My two Philips clippers seem a better deal than this.
That would be because it's not for clipping hair on your head, it's just a trimmer.

Ordered......comes with a crappy wall plug converter to make it work with the U.K. 3 pin system..... Looks ok for £12 delivered though. As long as the cheap adapter keeps doing it’s job. Heat given - thanks.
