Anyone had trouble inputting their address when trying to buy one of these phones? I can't seem to register my address. It all seems to be in US format :(
I have had 0 issues with mine and its way better than i thought possible for £200 - super fast, great screen and everyone comments on the photos i take on it.
The thing I love about the Redmi, even the low end ones is that they have ir blaster. It comes in super handy if you've "misplaced" your air con remote on holiday abroad. Those were the days.
Coming from the LG G6, it is a definite upgrade for me. + Decent screen + Decent main and selfie camera. I'm especially impressed by the video quality on the selfie camera - sharp and smooth + Decent battery + Half decent stereo speakers + Decent MIUI experience (I used to dislike it a couple of years back) - The proximity sensor when on a call does sometimes play up i.e. the screen doesn't turn off. But I can live with it when outweighed against the positives. Hopefully, a software upgrade will fix this - It's not the smoothest experience at times as had the odd bit of lag here and there - Had the odd freeze up and restart, but nothing major - Sometimes have to reconnect my Garmin watch through the Garmin app, but this could be a battery-saving feature of MIUI - I'm not overly convinced by the 120Hz refresh rate on the display. Although I'm not a gamer, so maybe this is where it properly shines Overall I think this phone is well worth it at around the £200 mark.
I had one poco phone, works well so far
