Depends what you do on your laptop. For those things that can be done on both the laptop and your iPad ....it can be a lot faster. And let’s be honest majority of people do standard web browsing, email, social media, movies/Netflix, shopping and word processing/spreadsheets. All of which the iPad can accomplish rather well. Sure you can shell out for the Apple accessories but you can also buy a standard Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for the tasks that call for that. Truth is for the majority of people, this can easily replace their laptop while providing a whole list of features you don’t get on a laptop. Sure for some people it won’t but that gap is getting smaller each generation and update of the operating system.
Sourced in other countries where Apple have lower profit margins due to the average incomes in those countries. The prices we pay are because we can and do pay them. News flash things are cheaper in countries where people are less well off.
Why would you need a pencil for it to replace a laptop though, your backtrack doesn’t quite make sense..?
Direct from Apple marketing HQ... glad you agree but they are marketing this as a laptop replacement which it isn’t really and to even compare you have to invest those extra hundreds on the keyboard etc
Useless if you want it to replace your laptop not useless in general
