That's about the ugliest backback I've ever seen.
All Pen Discounts, Offers and Sale - August 2018
Thanks OP Just wondering why they are great for Left-handers ?? cracking pens. I remember a few years ago going into Poundland and they had packs of 12 Stabilo Felt tips, best Poundland buy ever.
These are fab . I bought these for my teenage daughter who wanted to do some adult colouring books and they are still going from Xmas so definitely worth the money
Not tried them myself but a review here seems to suggest that they are good for the types of intricate colouring you would find in adult coloring books. It does say however that if you tend to hold the pen at an angle then the staedlier type pens maybe better suited to you, whereas if you tend to hold the pen upright then these are the better choice hth https://colouringinthemidstofmadness.wordpress.com/2015/09/09/stabilo-point-88-fineliners-a-review/
I would love to know if anybody has any experience colouring in with these? I've used them for writing occasionally and I love the pigment, just not sure how they will hold up with large scale colouring.
My kids love those supertips, great selection of colours, washable, great for my very particular 6 year old and my scribble monster 4 year old too (y) 🏻
Some good finds
why when I click on the picture I get tesco website and not the full size photo please (as it is in the app)?
£29 in my local, scanned for that much so store specific it seems. Great find
Could be, thank you.
It was marked up at £14.75 on the shelf so may be store specific.
Marked up at £29 in mine, if i knew it would have scanned at £14.75 i would have picked one up. Oh well. (annoyed)
B&M Bargains had a set of 24 for £8.99
I know. My partner works there lol. Thought I’d post this too...
Tesco doing 30 for £10 atm
Seems you're just one of those who can't see beyond "I'm right, you're wrong". I've already explained myself numerous times. Nobody is "right" here, it's subjective. Make your point on Misc if you're really upset over £1.97 pencils..which are out of stock now*, anyway. Edit: Phone kept leaving bits out - replying in a car isn't fun (though it's an Android issue for me). Also, there's loads of Deals posted for Amazon Pantry, which also has a pre-requirement before purchasing - needs for you to have a basket filled - they don't appeal to me either as I don't buy from Amazon Pantry, but I don't call for Amazon Pantry Deals to be banned. *Third-party seller Super Fast Ultra Express Dispatch is selling these for £2.81 + Free Delivery now https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B0014E4MWS/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=all
So you are agreeing that store specific deals has nothing to do with my point about Amazon charging for delivery for non private club members, therefore they are not a deal available to the general public ? What you did / do in your life is of zero interest to me and has no relevance to the point I am making. I didn't think anybody was moaning or annoyed in what I believed was a conversation between adults.
My name's Louise - if you want to be friendly - not "the other person" ;) Anyway, I mentioned store-specific Deals as it became a bit of a trope on HUKD whenever Deals for supermarkets (Tesco, especially for some reason) were posted, and the "wild goose chase" meme would appear. Some who couldn't find whatever-item would leave posts moaning that those Deals should be banned, just as you're calling for Amazon Prime-specific Deals to be forbidden. Also, there was a point when I didn't have Prime, either. I would get a friend with Prime to order, or fill my basket up to the £20. It was a bit inconvenient but I didn't come on here banging a drum because I was missing out. It simply didn't annoy me that much - there was a solution if I really wanted it. If it still riles you, perhaps head over to Misc and start a thread.
Noris pencils. Couldn't resist Chuck ing them away
Like these used pencils then? (highfive)

There is a good cursive app on the Android play store where they can trace their finger over the letters. Hopefully they may start bringing a bit more of it out in places too x
Well found - sadly not stocked in my local, have some heat. They are good to write with.
Good price while Asda, Tesco, Morrisons & Sainsburys selling the same for £6 & over
Just got one! (y) 🏼heat added
You can buy online and collect in store if you spend over £10 but I don't know if they have them stocked in store to just buy on the day - maybe best giving your local a call with the item number and asking them to check before making a special trip? Heres a libk to the store finder so you can get the phone number https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/storefinder
is it only online??
Thanks, ordered the castle for my youngest
This is great, a nice little busy activity to pad the summer holidays out! I ordered a couple of the 50p packs of felt tips too and chose delivery (pregnancy, heat and a store miles away means I'm keeping it simple!) Heat added 🔥
The woman on the till couldn't believe they were doing 12 pens for £1. Hot!
I've never had to buy replacement toner- I've only used the printer infrequently, but it has been useful over the years whenever I needed a hard copy of something.
I do remember that deal once or twice but kept missing the stock before it sold out, can you get cheap toners for the frillo printer?, I have since purchased a Dell laser printer mainly because toners are so cheap on eBay, can get all 4 toners for £12 delivered.
I got a laser printer from Frillo at around that time for £16.77 delivered (It's still going strong). Just checked up on them and by pure coincidence the company was dissolved just a few weeks ago. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/08244267
Bought a couple of boxes today as use loads at work. Couldn't find the £1 Ghostbusters blu-ray from another post. Loads of DVDs but no BRs that I could find.
No it wasn't. That's just a silly conclusion to make.
It's implied via the wit carriage known as sarcasm. The true flogged decrepit donkey of online repartee delivery
I didn't actually make an argument. You must have meant to reply to someone else. I've tried emailing with a spanner but if anything it makes the experience much harder.
Literally doesn't make sense. Plus your argument is basically "corrr mate what's the point in anyone using a compressed-air powered wratchet when you can use a spanner?" Stick to your spanner.
I'm just glad someone finally got rid of the effort it took to email.
Amazon dropped their price from £10.17 to £8.50, not enough to beat this Hot Deal... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Derwent-34215-Graphic-Graphite-Professional/dp/B000J6BAV8/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1533441897&sr=8-7&keywords=derwent+graphic+pencils&tag=22
Ash_Norris - I see it as bring £10.17 on Amazon hence my post; https://www.amazon.co.uk/Derwent-34215-Graphic-Graphite-Professional/dp/B000J6BAV8/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1533441897&sr=8-7&keywords=derwent+graphic+pencils If you can see a cheaper price, please provide a link so we can all save, that after all is the HotUkDeals ethos. I think you may be quoting the price for medium, not soft, which are not as suitable for sketching...
ijw0161 - WH Smiths does carry quality brands like these pencils, other stores now do the same. I tend to shop in Wilkinsons as they are good enough for me but only popped into WH Smiths to see what it was like ( first time I had been in the store for 5 years ) and it just seems generally too expensive for my needs. I am a full time teacher and part time student not a full time designer with special tastes... I think the quality expectation of the average consumer is low these days as you can just buy another one... Pencils, Pens and drawing paper need to be good quality, or your work suffers......ring binders, folders and other stationary can be cheaper....
Inthehoop - We already have such a poor manufacturing industry, that supporting one great one we have, seems the least we can do. Plus we get to save 50% off the store price. I didn't choose Brexit but if we all accept it is going to happen and work together, I don't see it as being an issue. It is a bit like when I split up with a girlfriend 20 years ago and thought my life was over, it wasn't and I am doing much better now...
Yay we're destroying the future of our country and our children but at least we'll have access to good British pencils. Thank god for that (and WHSmith)!!
£2 for pack of 24 at Wilko.com though not "visa" https://www.wilko.com/en-uk/bic-kid-couleur-felt-tip-pens-24pk/p/0451630
You realise that if the kids colour in your visa, it will invalidate it, and you may be stuck in a foreign jail for a few years.
they've put it up to £3.50! :(
Brilliant many thanks!!!! (embarrassed)
Great price OP (y)
