Google store credit, anyone encountered problems using it?

I'm having problems using the credit I have, was just trying to buy a 4k chromecast with it but orders are always cancelled due to "not aligning with sales terms." Has anybody encountered something similar like this? I had the credit from the pixel 7 glitch past months.
