Nothing to do with employer, they are network perks

No, there is no feedback to the account holder when an offer is used on o2 or 3. Any contact will be via the phone number, which the neighbour has, or an email used for registering with the reward app, which can be the neighbour's own personal email.

Why would employer know or care? They are paying for the phone service, the rewards are provided by the network.

Thanks all for replies so neighbour is worried as phones being provided by the employers and worried about abusing the offers which should only be used by them
