Anyone else Currys order not progressed?

I ordered a phone on Saturday 7pm and I have had no update as of yet. I should have had it click and collect after 5pm today and live chat have no idea as to whats going on

    No courier, was due to be delivery to the s tore for collection

    The same thing happened to me last month were I ordered an item on Friday for click-and-collect on monday. No email received on the Monday to confirm it was at the store so I rang them on Tuesday to be told it was out of stock. They couldn't even be bothered to let me know the item was out of stock and that I'd receive a refund within a week. When you complain nothing ever happens. Shocking company. (edited)

    I once asked live chat if a product is in stock she asked me for my postcode and said it is in stock in the shop went there and theyve never stocked it its online deliver tostore lol
