Hi, I placed an order for running shoes on 4th April 2022 from Keller Sports after seeing a deal in this group. Since then I am waiting for the order. Both Keller Sports and courier company showing different information. There are several discrepancies in their communication as well as order processing and delivery information. I contacted them twice, and now their site says order delivered without any date. The courier company "Herms* shows there was a problem with my order. The last update on courier website was in 12th April. Since then no further updates, and I cannot contact either of them. For courier, there is always a bot who shows me the last update of 12th. The Keller are not responding to my message.

sorted bySounds like some mistake has happened with your order though.
So yeah, Keller would be who to chase up on it and they should take it up with the courier. Does their tracking link show it undelivered? If not include your link in your email to them so they can see that contrary to the info they have from the courier - it's AWOL.
If you continue to get no response I'm not sure what you can do but file a payment dispute with paypal or your card company (edited)
I just checked the reviews of Kellersports.co.uk and Trustpilot and you'll be surprised to see the number of complaints there. Looks like they are a fraud company. Please have a look:

The watch on my wrist from them says otherwise.
And as bozo007 says, I haven't bothered giving them a good review even though they were good. We don't generally don't feel strongly enough to write about a good experience since it's what we expect.
I don't doubt your order has gone wrong. And I hope they manage to sort you out. But they're not a 'fraud company' (edited)
thank you! I understand what you are saying, and I wished I had the same experience. The reason I called them a 'Fraud' was the fact that the status of my order changed from 'on the way' to 'Delivered' despite the fact, that I am still waiting for the order. Even the courier company says it did not deliver the order. Plus, I only received one response from them for my 3 enquiries where they said, they'll contact their warehouse to check it. This was about 5 days ago, and so far no further updates.
Thank you for this information. My order was of £57.33 value so I believe I am not liable for the import charges.
I received an email from them today with the same text that they sent me 5 days ago which says:
[They] "will notify the warehouse to see if there are any problems with your order, as the tracking number that we have is not working.". So, either there is a bot responding to all the emails, or they just don't want to resolve the issue. There's no way, I could call them as no number is available. There's a way to contact an agent using the 'chat' option. However, whenever I try that, it says no agent is available, and then it goes back to the main menu. So, even if it not a fraud company, Keller Sports still is the worst company I ever dealt with.
