Using a clubcard voucher or points to pay for a purchase will make you ineligible for cashback.
Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What to do when
A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
What else is essential?
Cashback applicable to the portion of the basket containing items eligible for commission
Cashback available for new customers with home delivery or Click+Collect
Products must be present in initial checkout, not subsequent amends to an existing order
Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited.
