Will Smyths Toys accept a game return? Bought a game which is still sealed

So a few days ago I bought a game for my Nephew who then ended up changing his mind. It's still sealed and still have the receipt. I know they state games as one of the non returns but it's still sealed. Has anyone managed to return an unopened game to them? Bit ridiculous if they don't when most other places will.
