These specific ones. Go for the biggest box, I think it's 21 days worth of strips (2 strips a day for top and bottom) https://www.ukteethwhitening.com/product/crest-flexfit-whitening-strips/ Be aware that they do hurt your teeth a bit (as does all teeth whitening) and you will get fairly uncomfortable sensitivity but you just need to power through! When you buy them as a UK buyer they often come unboxed too, with loose foil packets. This is normal
You want the Supreme ones. Use daily and use the entire box (the biggest box) if you can hack it! Or if you get to a point where youre happy with the colour, and you won't need to do them again for a long time if you use the Colgate Max White Expert toothpaste daily. https://www.ukteethwhitening.com/product/crest-flexfit-whitening-strips/
You're a star!! How many would you recommend purchasing? And how often should you use this?
YES Absolutely brilliant, your teeth will be to

Got two for £1.75 in ASDA last week. Actually, only just thought this through. I’m not an eco warrior at all but should we be paying just £1 and having a whole logistical set up sending this to Amazon, pick, pack in cardboard and use delivery vehicles for such a low price? It will of course apply to many other items but suppose I’ve only just thought of the impact.
I have used Oral-B for years but my brush battery came to the end of its life and these Colgate ones were on offer so I thought I'd give them a try. Threw it away after a month and bought another Oral-B as the Colgate one wasn't even as good as the almost dead Oral-B that I had just got rid of! :|
Replacement heads are expensive and not readily available.. I'd buy Oral B or a cheaper alternative like Fairywill
