If the world of smartphones had a heavyweight champion or the top of the class, the iPhone X would be a prime candidate. With a huge screen, advanced video capabilities, a powerful CPU, and an elegant, lightweight design, this is one serious smartphone. It also comes with a serious price tag, but phone buyers can find the latest devices for less by checking out the iPhone X listings at HotUKDeals.

Samsung s9 from e-global goes hot, SHOCK!!!

I bought an iPhone 6 from them in 2015, good price however slow shipping as from China (don’t let the UK in the name fool you). It was the Chinese model so just came with a Chinese plug & uk adapter (not a big deal if you have another wall to usb plug). Something to note is (I think due to anti-voyeur laws in that part of the world) there was no way to mute the camera shutter sound when taking a photo. Again not usually a big issue as I don’t take many discreet photos, but it did start to grate on me after a while, especially as they introduced the burst photo mode which sounded like a machine gun going off. Customer services weren’t much help but did offer to refund if I sent back to china, which would cost in the region of £110. So order at your own risk.

Warranty should be honoured regardless of country. I bought a US iPhone 5S and they happily serviced it in store.

You’ve obviously never bought off them then!! I have and had no probs other than timing, which can’t be helped when there in Hong Kong 🇭🇰

Not at all, they are dodgy

As Graham as said also, the battery has always been the issue with the S6. The S7 was the phone the S6 should have been, just like the S9 is the phone the S8 should have been. If you've returned the S6, you've had a lucky escape.

Samsung s6 had terrible battery life from new, so can only imagine what a used one is like these days

the phone is not mines it is my GF she has the S5 and was happy with it but getting slow and cracked the screen so i got her the S6. :( (i know nothing about Samsung phons)

The S6's battery is so poor that it drains it, before it can even have time to charge.

I order up a Samsung s6 good condition about a month ago for £110, it looked brand new not one mark on it. but about 3 days ago it stop charging. (well it will not showing it is charging and takes all night to charge to 40%, if on wireless charging it work fine. seems to be an issue with Samsung s6 phones(as there is lot of youtube videos) go to send it back back. atlest they give you a 12 month warranty

So I upgraded from an iPhone 6s to a Samsung S8 in December. What a bad decision! At a very basic level the keypad drives me insane on the S8. It's spell check function is inferior to the iPhone and constantly chooses the wrong word. The iPhone seems to just get it right pretty much all the time. Hence even texting has now become laborious. I have put my S8 up for sale! Annoyed with myself that I was persuaded that Android could even compare. It's not just the keyboard, so many functions are just so much better on the iPhone. In fact I now carry around both phones so that if I need to text I can use my old iphone, which is ridiculous really. Having to pay for 2 contracts just because the Samsung frustrates me too much to use. I use it for calls and browsing internet only really.

IPhone X £41 per month 24 months - £984 with Sky (members)
Found 1st AprFound 1st Apr
IPhone X for £41 PCM for sky customers. No upfront cost unlimited minutes and Texts and 10GB data added to your piggy bank.

Just noticed there's £100 Quidco Cashback if taken in next few days.

The real cost over 30 months is £1230 (if you're a Sky customer). Minus the retail cost of the iPhone X (£999) that means you're paying £231 for 30 months of phone service, or £7.70 per month, however that's with 500mb per month (or 841MB if you average out the additional 10GB over the 30 months). Cold.

You can keep it if you decide not to swap. After 30 months it is paid off - so I believe.

I originally saw this and got all excited but from what I could gather, you get 500mb data per month and a 1-off lump of 10GB. All unused data rolls over each month. It’s a 30 month contract but you swap the iPhone X after 24 months for the latest model, so I don’t think you ever get to keep the phone.

500mb of data with an IPhone x? LOL

Is this still live? i enter the code and it gives me 12 months bnpl but no mention of the cash back.

I bought it at launch for £999,used it for 2 months and sold it and now bought a Note 8 which imo is the best phone. I personally wasn't bother about paying that much IF it was worth it,but it wasn't and I felt disappointed and bored very quickly. iPhone X is a good phone but nothing special and definitely not worth the original asking price.it's just a good phone, also the design is average at best.not a good looking phone. For £800 or so it's not too bad,but I'd say it's really worth no more than £600. I have had almost every model of iPhone and 3 models of Galaxy Note. So Not biased and I know what I'm talking about.I just want the best : feature, tech and build quality and ofcourse design. iPhone X didn't tick all those boxes. Note 8 ticks almost all boxes.

I will call them now thanks

Happy with the saving going down this route and thankfully no issues for me. Also it was only £818 for me as I paid in Euro's on my CC as it has no foreign transaction fees!

Still expensive

All HUKD users Beware and read the comment in full. I ordered this item on 28th Feb from Amazon.es and I received an empty parcel without the phone. I confronted with the driver (non-english speaking lad) and he was not sure what happened to the goods inside. I held him for 10 minutes as he searched his van and then put me to his manager over the phone. The manager asked me to contact Amazon.es directly. I opened a chat with Amazon.es customer service and they were helpful and trying to sort this. It may take 3-5 business days. The situation is pretty dire and I wish I should have constrained myself buying from Amazon.es. After 20 minutes, the driver came back and this time he wants me to talk to his manager again. The manager was polite and asked me to wait for half an hour so that he will update the Amazon.es with the facts. I have a very dramatic experience and whole my family went through a traumatic situation. I would not recommend buying these costly items from other than your local Amazon. I am not sure when this will end but hope to warn fellow HUKD users about this kind of situation. Wish me luck! 🙏Thanks.

Would rather a new S8

Yes, not very practical. For those that prefer the iPhone over Android phones it is an option.

Not very practical. I'm sure you probably whip out your phone once in a while to saw people pictures and videos you've take a while back. I have with videos recorded on my iPhone 4 and I'm sure I would like to do the same with videos recorded on my iPhone x/8. I use iPhone 7 plus but Let's be realistic, in this day and age if you're going to provide a phone with 64gb memory, you either allow for additional storage (like most android) or unlimited videos and photo online storage (like the pixel). Apple can afford to bump up the storage from 64gb to 128gb and not charge extra. Even if the did, many will still pay

Already refurbished!! Hmmm that was quick

The phones I’ve bought from Envirofone have been in great nick, very little if any signs of use. I’d never pay that much for any phone though but it’s a decent saving over new and you’ll have at least 6 months Apple warranty left.

Select Standard bundle? I've updated the deal description with instructions on how to get it even cheaper!

how do you get it at 115? showing 129 for me

But costs 50% more - given the warranty issues with direct form China phones some think spending much more than £100 is a risk too far.

This one has better specs, camera, battery and NFC for £178.75 Link and for £160.89 on banggood

I don't actually think there is a full HD version. I can't find one on any reliable site or even Oukitel's own site. So I think the one that andyharle10 linked to is just a listing with incorrect spec on.

Looking at the cold score....lol...why did they even post this....pmsl

No you couldn't. Land is very expensive. As are trees mature enough to grow Apples. But I get your point.

You could have bought a orchard for less

This would have to be cold based on the fact that the same company were selling this exact same item for £749 a month ago. I'm all for saving money on Apple devices, but you'd be better off finding a reputable seller on ebay selling a new one for less money than this.

I know a multi-millionaire who likes to buy nice quality items, but second-hand, where possible. He bought an Aston Martin which was a few months old to save some money. It's often worthwhile observing the habits of the rich. Success leaves clues. I have been thinking what would be a good rule of thumb for how much to spend on a phone. For example, no more than £100-£200 plus 1% of your income. That would mean £350 maximum for £15k income and £950 maximum for £75k income. Or perhaps, a business phone should generate 100 times its value. Any thoughts on this idea?
