These are worth every penny, my daughter had hair past her waist it works a treat without any tears. I tried the pound shop ones and they aren’t a patch on these, used once and went in the bin.

Great for kids, our little one used to cry when brushing her hair ... but not with this brush.

My youngest doesn't even have curly hair it's just very long but relatively straight. Ours just brushed the top layer of hair and everything below remained a tangled mess.

That's interesting. I have about 3-4 of them myself, and it always completely untangles my hair (super long with natural curls).

If it's the same one as we bought, the reason there's no tears is because it doesn't attempt to remove the tangles. Bristles just bend back when they hit a tangle. Use a proper brush afterwards and see what I mean. Spent ages dematting my daughter's hair after 2 weeks use.

I think the Denman detanglers are much better. No tears from my little girl anymore. About £6 a brush

I ordered via the wishlist, order status was showing as parcel partially dispatched, but now status is cancelled.

It does work, I've done it this time and many times before and always had the order there when I go to collect from store. Still comes up as OOS in wishlist sometimes, though, when really OOS I suppose.

If your missing an order with 6 packs of Christmas cards, one pair of sandals and two out of date calendars (2014) delivered yesterday. I have it, but who has mine? As it was worth almost 6 times the above order, will they be honest and own up? I agree customer service terrible. They responded to my email sent yesterday asking for my full name, address and account number. I signed the email with my full name, order number in subject box as you don't have an account number with them and I stupidly thought that was the relevant info especially the order ref no to trace my order. I have replied with their requested missing info - including my address which I had not included originally. I have used them for a few years now and picked up a few bargains in this time and this is the first time I've had a problem like this. There is not much on the site just now but it is worth dipping in and out.

these are normally £12-£13 in Boots but they had lots of brushes in the sale a couple of months ago, I got a purple Tangle Teezer for £4 then, going to be store specific tho.

They are buy 1 get 1 half-price online so it would have probably been on that one too although its a sale item.

They are only down to £3.13 in certain branches- most London ones I went to were completely sold out, the flower pot type teezer for kids hair was also £3.13 but none left- just price tags on shelf. its the purple glitz one thats reduced in most branches where still in stock

These aren't great IMHO. Much prefer the Wet brush.

Well I only have a sample size of two kids so it's hardly conclusive research.

My daughter has both as well and there is no difference whatsoever other then the price.

My youngest has had two of these brushes so far and they are definitely better than the actual tangle teezers I used to buy for her . She has long curly hair and these handle it well without catching or leaving a frizzy mess . Good buy .

Beware buying from this seller! I bought two Tangle Teezers (different colours) at the same time. One direct from Amazon and one from this seller. Upon receiving them it was clear the one from this seller was fake!
