Netflix Turkey - Removal of Payment - Any other methods?

Had all my cards removed from my account, and now unable to add another payment.

Anyone else had this?

    Definitely reach out to Netflix to find out what the problem is. They might be able to reinstate them without you doing anything.

    Have you tried via a TV app? Like direct on a smart TV or firestick, Roku etc? That's how I added my card when the last one expired. No VPN was needed.

    Apps on the TV direct you to a QR code now and to continue through a web browser. I don't have any of the others.

    Have you had any emails explaining why? What happens when you try and add another payment?

    Have you tried the gift card route?

    Says unable to add payment. Gift card only works when you first setup an account I think. And no emails.

    Account is fine, just any card from Starling, Revolout isn't being processed. I've added gift card, but it takes me straight to add payment. Managed to skip that step, but I still cannot add a payment... Maybe I'll wait till net month. (edited)

    Have you vpn into Turkey whilst attempting?

    I went through this exact process today and this is how I fixed it.
    Its dependant on your VPN and also some cards work, some don't.

    1) On a FireTV install ExpressVPN and set it to Turkey
    2) Log into Netflix on Fire TV stick (you can use the QR code to shortcut the process via phone/PC if you want)
    3) it will ask you to update details
    4) There's an option at the bottom to update details via the Fire TV remote, use that so that you're typing new card details directly into the Fire stick
    5) Try a few different cards. My Chase was declined but Barclaycard Rewards worked.

    Worked for me (Nov 2023)

    Y will it ask to update Ur details? Does that mean you remove the payment details
