Amazon Complaints Process?

Really stupid question but how do you actually make a complaint to Amazon. Ive been fobbed off for a week, and whoever you speak to has no clue. twenty differ'ent answers and nobody is accountable, sorry just aint good enough

    managingdirector@amazon.co.uk will get you through to people with half a brain. Even then it's still a challenge but be persistent. I rate Amazon as the absolute worst company for CS now and avoid if possible.

    It used to be, and seems it is still so, that you can email jeff@amazon.com this does not go to jeff bezos but instead to the executive support team. I used it 3 or 4 years ago and got my problem sorted.

    phone them, usually in afternoon and evening as tend to get different customer services office amd ask for manager

    amazon is not very good for enquiries as you go through the automated system and often it won't even allow you to get to chat but just bring you back to your orders

    CS is just a little bit better than human bots. all they can do is offer £5 voucher or refund or to cancel an order, so not much more than what a bot could do, except the for £5 voucher compensation!

    there is no section on how to make a complaint and it is hard enough just to get information on how to contact us!

    Always find the CS there very good.
