Every week Waitrose allows the customer to select vouchers previously they could be used on anything
Today however when I tried to use my vouchers they were not accepted.
I was told waitress had changed their voucher policy

On the app. Can choose 2 vouchers every week. Mostly things you've bought before. Usually 50p but sometimes more

Yeah! The voucher program changed a few months ago. Shame as last Christmas I had an offer of £8 off for a Green and Blacks tin of chocolates. Came in handy for my regular shop

Yes the vouchers were useful , as a lot of Waitrose products, are very overpriced

It's changed now. Previously, vouchers could be redeemed on 'substitutes'. For e.g. if 2 pint semi-skimmed wasn't available the voucher could be redeemed against 4 pint semi-skimmed.

8. Vouchers must be used against the assigned product named on the voucher.
14. All personalised vouchers are subject to item availability and no substitutes will be offered."
