Netflix turkey updates

Has anyone tried updating payment details on a turkish netflix account recently? My card expired recently and when I contacted support to update it they said I couldn't add it until I was back in Turkey

Updated mine using the Netflix app on PlayStation, allowed me to update without any verification.

Thanks alot. Just did this now. Had to pull out the ps4 from the loft but this worked.

The irony is I was in Turkey last week but didn't realise till I got back.

I was lost in the woods the other day, cold and wet and needed a fire but had a lighter.

I had revolut but the I stopped. Tried to activate again and it was asking for Turkey phone number. Gave up

i think i managed to do it using a tv. use an old device.

Yes a commenter above mentioned PS4 works so I used that and it didn't ask for phone number verification

Facing this exact issue as after activating my new card my old Monzo has been deactivated and now unable to update the payment details. Don't have an old playstation, maybe will try via TV if it's working for some!

In case anyone sees this... I had same issue with updating payment details needing to send an SMS. I saw the PS4 workaround so tried the Amazon Fire Stick app - it presents a QR code to use browser on phone bit I selected Use Remote Instead, and this worked (edited)
