Early Ebay deals will be launching ahead of 27 November 2015 (Poss 10% off Voucher)

Ebay will be launching their Black Friday deals from the 23rd November onwards until Cyber Monday

Earlybird offers will start from Monday 23rd November 2015 marking the start of eight days of mega deals.

New offers will go live from 8am each day up until Cyber Monday on 30 November 2015.

If you're looking to buy a new laptop, you might want to wait until Black Friday. Context, the IT supply chain analyst, said that 77,000 laptops were imported to UK distributors in the final week of October – the highest weekly figure on record.

Pretty much the idea, people buy more so it offsets the "cost" of the sales an clears out old stock.
