Question to the people that have moved from Lyca to Lyca to new 6 months contracts. I have just called them to port my number to the new contract. Customer rep told me that it has to be done as a SIM swap (not as PAC transfer) therefore my new (cheap) 6 months contract would be replaced with the plan that is on my original number. I am pretty sure that I have done it in the past and it worked but possibly I have done it as a website request not customer service call... Could someone confirm which one is correct please ?
