Smart TV apps disappeared - help needed

My smart TV had channel 4 demand 5 & ITV hub but they have now disappeared and nowhere to be seen on smart TV market store how do I get them back?

TV is Techwood 50ao8usb from ao.com

I got them back after loading apps through freeview play...

You’ll probably find your tv no longer supports the latest versions. Buy a Roku stick and plug that in instead.

As above. Buy firestick or Roku. Annoying but that's they way it is. Updates cost money.

Either ring Techwood of go on there website because sometimes the updates are online so you can download to usb to update your TV. If not a roku little box has all streaming sites like Netflix etc plus catch up channels

It's Freeview Play, does the backward programme guide still offer programmes for those channels?
