I see the 15 quid for Jack Daniel's/Bombay Sapphire brigade are already voting this down, had the same thing with a blinding Warner Edwards deal I posted on Prime Day, unfortunately a lot of them types' technology and car snobbery does not extend to fine spirits (annoyed) Heat from me mate, especially with that 5 quid code as I got one sent me yesterday (y)
All Cognac Discounts, Offers and Sale - November 2018
If you do end up getting it whatever you do please don't let him destroy this gorgeous spirit by pouring it over the rocks, if anything serve it in a warm glass or even better with a warmer underneath to keep it really warm <3
Tempted for the hubby for xmas but we don't have a spare £90 😔
Ditto, heat from the Chas proper (y)
Hot hot hot. Such a nice cognac and a great price.
I know my whisky but cognac and I are not as well acquainted Compared to a Courvoisier or Remy Martin VSOP, how does this rate?
Apologies didn't realise.. edited now ..
Delivery isn't free. Why not be truthful?
If you can find Black Sea Gold XO 32 year old Brandy, (I know its sold somewhere in the UK) we bought several bottles back from Bulgaria at £35.00, it beats anything the French can make upto £150 to £200 a bottle. This is a good price for a nice Brandy. Hot.
Rather pay £8 more for the Remy 1738 while its discounted
Good price compared to elsewhere heat added
Reduced so as to be 41p cheaper than Remy Martin VSOP. Both good.
Also size 70 CL only £20 in Tesco and Asda
Is that including vat?
No at Morrison's store . Online prices are not same as local promotions.
You saw it at Asda
Maybe it was placed in the wrong location as earlier I saw it at £35 in my local Morrison's
I saw vsop in Morrison's for only 25 .
Got mine, arrived next day and I'm not on prime :)
Remy 1738 is much more smooth. The VSOP is matured 4 years and the 1738 is matured for 5 years.
Cannot use on Martell Cordon Bleu ;( Remy 1738 or Remy VSOP better. Any one cam recommend? Cheers
Well spotted (y) 🏻😃
Had elegance xo for around 120£ nice staff , time to try this one
DOTD so ends at midnight.
Why is it going to get cheaper.
Will not stay at this price for long.
ooh... never knew about this one... sounds nice... do like my Remys...
Its not that sweet but does have a nice syrupy quality after a little warming goes amazing with a really rich chocolaty desert
Sounds very very rich and very sweet.
Nice drink but not a deal
Is that what the 1715 means? No wonder it was cheap.
Check the sell by date.
That's the nature of HUKD, 6 quid cheaper than it's been on Amazon in the last 3 years and still cold. But it is frustrating when it's a local deal so I get it.
Martell Cognac for 13 quid. Should be red hot. If you can find it locally.
Camel shows 19 as lowest on Amazon, so seems a decent price. But yeah, probably a wgc for most people. I know slightly less than chuff all about brandy but I've just tried it and it's very smooth with a very light taste. I probably should have tried it before the 63% rum.
Still available in Macclesfield metro it seems :D
I got one of the 1litre honey Jack Daniels in Tesco Penarth yesterday!
I went into the metro store last night and jd honey 1lt was £32. The smaller sizes were normal price too as we're tesco own brand....
Cheaters? Cheating at what? I don't get it.
cold hate thoese local deals cheaters
Martell Cordon Bleu also (y) (y) Last month only £28 at Sainsburys.
Good stuff (y) 🏻
They were doing remy Martin vsop for £28 a few weeks ago. Not a litre mind 70cl
Bottle looks like middle finger emoji
Courvoisier V.S. Cognac? i wonder who will win?
I 100% agree, no point paying £26 for a drink you can't drink neat. Avoid VS and buy VSOP at least
Really rough, worth more like £16/l in my opinion.
Thanks OP for sharing. Why expire when it's still available?
Was £20 on Amazon sometime ago. (that price is rare though)
Same price on Amazon , this goes cheaper a lot of the time on there .
Still £38 in Sainsbury's Belfast, Saturday 19th May. Local Tesco £35. now I see it was in March. Aw well.
Still £38 in Sainsbury's Belfast, Saturday 19th May. Local Tesco £35.
Ah - sorry, thought I did. This was at Harlow. Though seemed a generic deal.
It really is annoying that you post a local store deal and fail to mention the location. I was in Richmond on Friday and I checked it was still £38. Heat added but please be specific on the location so someone can actually make use of the post.
Good price. Not seen it that cheap before. Still prefer Remy myself xx
Great price. Top favourite.
Nice looking perfume bottle (strong)
Tasty and a reasonable discount. But not worth the premium imo.
...and they still charge delivery
Being tight is one way for sure to get more wealthy but buying goods at discount is not unless you have every intention of selling them on for a profit. The bigger the purchase the quicker you'll get rich.
Imagine you buy this to impress some wealthy friends. You take it out of the fancy box and don't quite get to grips with the bottle and subsequently smashes on your granite flooring! But then it might save you since your (ex) wealthy friends don't come to visit any more.
Haha definitely true
Here Sam stick it in one of these with some coke (or coctail as you call it) Remy Martin's 1738 Accord Royal Cognac was created to sit between their VSOP and XO. It is named in honour of the Accord Royal granted by King Louis XV to Rémy Martin in 1738, allowing the firm to use his land to plant vines. This is a rich and robust Cognac. V.S. ("very special") or ✯✯✯ (three stars) designates a blend in which the youngest brandy has been stored for at least two years in a cask.V.S.O.P. ("very superior old pale"), Reserve or ✯✯✯✯✯ (five stars) designates a blend in which the youngest brandy is stored for at least four years in a cask.XO ("extra old") or Napoléon designates a blend in which the youngest brandy is stored for at least six years.
Been this price on Amazon for about a month now.
I rather buy a old vintage at £24 than this new produce . Does not mention vintage in this
Yup I prefer it with coke personally - I dont know if im probably the only person who would ever say this but alcohol without a mixer isn't really that nice - I mean some are easier to drink than others but its just a mixer makes it far more enjoyable.
Have you tried it with Coke? It's quite nice.
Showing 32£ for me?
Got this last night - really nice drink and this is the cheapest I've ever seen it (usually its down to £32 normally from £38). I've back ordered it :) For those wondering how it tastes, its a lovely cognac, tends to have a slightly "sweet" after taste to it which I think is lovely. Very easy to drink, very smooth and not harsh at all and goes great with coke.
