I paid £500 for a single mattress from Millbrook, well worth the money, Every other mattress I tried gave me backache,

Code expired, Argos now discounting airsprung mattress by 20%, anyone experience of air sprung mattress?

2000 should be minimum

I had to retire, luckily I have an ok pension, due to damaging my back 10 years ago. The silentnight mattress, obviously didn't fix my back - but due to it being quite firm it stops your body sinking into a mattress and not being lined up and supported properly. So your back is a bit happier. This is only my opinion and can only base it on my experience. I would definitely recommend silentnight though. Good luck with your choice. If your getting a single mattress, your one should be OK. If a double, I would probably go for more than 600. Again, my opinion.

I've got a double one of these, brand new for sale if anyone's interested...

Miracoil is Silent Night's branding for an open coil spring sheet (i.e rubbish). At a very minimum aim for a pocket sprung mattress ('Mirapocket' if by Silent Night) for uniform support across the mattress. Budget for a decent feather and down topper with this mattress if it's going to be your main bed.

I think it was a daily deal!

Got the link mate?

Not sure how i can describe it. But you can find more information on Silentnight website and i only know it is a new technology;)

I've got the King Size version of this, bought in October 2015 and still going strong. It probably felt like new for the first year, but still functioning very well. Paid about £180 on offer from Amazon. Wife moves around alot in her sleep, so with this mattress, I hardly feel her moving, but any other nonpocket spring mattresses I do.

I got a Silentnight king size 13.5 tog in Tesco today for £8.75

They also had silentnight branded 200 thread count duvet covers, bed sheets and pillow covers on offer at my local bradford peel centre tesco. Not many if at all left now though. Picked up the pillow covers for approx £2.50 and the bed sheet for about £6-£8 iirc

Annoying as I was only in Tescos on Saturday night looking for the light-weight duvets - and there were no reductions. By the time I go in tomorrow it will be sod's law the shelves are cleared. (annoyed)

Good price

That’s a blockbuster (highfive) (y) :p

code not working now :(

Thanks for the reply

No, different product, he's tried those & much prefers the Plus version with Cotrano® :)

Slightly different, they are not the Plus versions with the added Cotrano® - which is what makes them stay plump :)

Not really sure about that, I know it feels a lot more cumffy but haven't really noticed if it's cooler sorry

Anything silentnight is poor quality dont fall for it.

Do you think they are warmer than a polyester pillow. Looking for a cooler pillow for friend who overheating due to pain killers. Maybe the memory foam is sprung or vented

I know what you mean as I've had a red hot memory foam mattress but I've had no problem with these pillows, never really thought about it till you mentioned it but they must be quite cool as I've slept well in the heatwave

Arnt they very warm.

Bad reviews because they are rubbish, mine stopped bouncing back after a few months

I bought these the last time the £20 offer was on. They do not bounce back. Good for about a week then flat as pancakes afterwards.

Strange ... I checked throughout all the pages till where I provide payment details and I never got the Collect+ option. So never bought it. I was only given the option of delivery. There are many Collect+ stores around me as well.

I've just ordered them and when you checkout it gives the option for collect+ at a local shop. Good post op thanks.

Silentnight Luxury Pocket Sprung Pillow £16.49 direct from amazon (Prime / £20.98 non-Prime)
Found 12th JulFound 12th Jul
bought one of these for £22 back in february, and have been very impressed with it. so much so, i've just gone and bought another.... this is the cheapest it has ever been

I just received mine, and I'm afraid it's going straight back. The springs are clearly all over the place. Some seem to be upright, as you would expect, but some are laying down. So basically it's just a lumpy bag of randomly arranged springs with a bit of padding over the top. Very poor quality, and very disappointing. Oh well.

Link please?

It's 5 left at £24 from another seller. OP price from Amazon are oos.

i just reloaded the page, and its saying "Only 5 left in stock." now...

Oos at moment

they are showing £25 now

Thanks I will check them out

Yes mate the Dunlopillo Serenity Deluxe. Made of latex, they cost a small fortune but I would still very highly recommend them. They last for absolutely ages. I only threw out my original ones from the 90s because they started to look too discoloured. The covers didn't used to be removable on them back then, they are now. Structurally they were still as good as new after a decade.

I would double these up.

I got these and they are basically fabric covered shaving foam. No support whatsoever but if you want a fancy look for a spare bed that will never be used, they're ideal. (y)
