It's advisable that you stop immediately as they've changed their T's & C's.
I'm trying to find the exact message, but basically they're saying that their virtual or "anonymous" cards can no longer be used on sites that do not have a "Trust Stamp", and you can see those sites here

It's advising people with funds in their accounts to use them by tonight before 10pm UK time as well. What this means in practicality, I don't know. I suppose it could easily mean accounts are closed or restricted.
So DO NOT transfer money in to OlduBil at the moment as you may well lose it. If you've verified your account with a Turkish number than you should be able to transfer it back out with an IBANN number but if you haven't, you need to find something to spend it on and quick ..

I suppose it could feasibly mean that even if some people are still making transactions that they could still implement a requirement to get your account verified with a Turkish passport.
It does appear to be the case - for now - that existing subscriptions are unaffected by the changes.
After the recent changes....can anyone advise are these cards now restricted to the list of "safe sites" published by the Turkish Govt or will they still work with International sites like Spotify and Netflix still?
Ive had a read but Im still unclear...
Thanks
