if you don't want to port the number out, then you can turn off auto renew on your account on the website. people have reported that turning it off on the app didn't work as it is still in auto renew on their online account on the website, and lyca take instructions from the online account.

so to be sure, i would turn off on the website as well as the app and also remove your payment card details from your account.
