Pc connection to Samsung 4k qled TV

I used to connect my PC to amplifier via HDMI and arc to the Sony led TV to watch downloaded movies. Now when I changed the TV the PC display is not coming to the TV. When I choose it only showing some grains. Aby advice on connecting this or how to play 2160p movies from a USB. Thanks

    This often happens. Try turning pc and TV off and on again. There are often handshake problems. Happens every time I get a new monitor. Happened to me the other day when I got a new pc and connected it to my TV. No display. Thought pc was broken. Eventually it worked after usual power cycles and plugging unplugging farce.
