returning Motherboard to Amazon anyone managed it

Hi there been trying to get an answer from Amazon uk about a motherboard i ordered about 9 months ago that is having issues but i cant get any answer from them on how to do this. I also asked does the motherboard get sent off for repair or do they replace it from stock.

Anyone tried to return after a long period of time
