I have a pair (bought from Dixons Travel for £280, down from £330 iirc) and the quality is fantastic. I have also used the Bose QC35 and I prefer the sound quality of these. I do know of some people who make good use of Amazon's fantastic return policy, where they buy either these or the QC35 for an upcoming holiday, and then afterwards they return it. They get free use of noise cancelling headphones for a long flight, and you get to buy them at a huge discount.

Good for the price. They sound fantastic, but there was always a faint humming sound with mine so ending up sending them back. Also they're quite tight, they wouldn't be ideal for long sessions.

Great pair of headphones with consistently good reviews. No idea why these have been down voted so far... heat added from me

It can be still used as wired if you want. If you want ANC, think most of the high end models will be wireless as well as a feature. Not sure what you looking for if you just want wired over ear without noise cancelling. You could dip into head fi and other sites/forums that are more geared to audio stuff for more infromation and recommednations.

2facedshanks

just noticed they're wireless.Looking for over ear wired.Around £300-400

Suztera

If you looking for portability then they pretty good. If you looking for ANC, the Sony WHH900N is a lot better as well as others brands/ models. ANC is average if compared to QC35 or Sony high-end NC models. It's a bit bass oriented, good for most genres. Some find it uncomfortable to wear You able to use the headphone via the usb on a computer and charge at the same time.

Eight pairs left on shelf (Bay 21) in Edinburgh Portobello Branch at tea time and going through the jack & Jill at a fiver. Wasn"t expecting much cop from these but plugged them into my tablet for the Sweden Germany game and pleasantly surprised at the sound quality - quite deep and filling. Great bargain for the price. Also no dash cams or Action cams left in stock in this branch

reddit

Picked up a pair of these yesterday. Overall they compare well to the Andoer LH-811 cheap headphones. Sound quality is perfectly acceptable as long as you are not an audio snob. There is a little and consistent faint hum that you will notice during very quiet moments but it's not enough to become annoying. Batter life on the first use was around 5 and half hours, with volume at about 70%. Around 2 hours to a full charge. FM radio is useless. MP3 playback from 32Gb card works well although once you power off, when you start up again, playback resumes from the start, not from where you left off. Direct connection via cable does yield a slightly better sound and no humming. Adequately comfortable too. For 7 knicker, you can't really go wrong.

Thanks will check tomorrow :)

Had these for for ages and they are great for noise cancelling. Customer service is good too. Just wish they would fold into a more compact space. They are made to fold flat to put away into luggage but are too large to go into a coat pocket so end up carrying them around my neck.

ahmisterbond

I have these and use them daily. They are excellent.

tvlovesme

This is the price I've seen them for the last few months. Don't understand why no one made this a deal as for the spec it's one of the cheapest active noise cancelling headphones out there. Maybe someone can explain what makes these worse than the ones that get heat at around £40-50

refaey

It's been at this price for a few months, which is not a bad price to be honest. I've had it in my watchlist for a while hoping it will go down a bit. I may bite the bullet and buy at this price.

Good price, I've been watching for them going below £40 for a while now and have been waiting a bit. Unfortunately out of stock for me. Never mind, Robert dyas suggested I buy drill bits from them instead!

thedean1999

Had these for almost two years now and happy with quality/battery life. Only complaint is when you have had them on for a while they do become a little uncomfortable on the ears. Bought them when they were £29.99 in Argos in Nov 2016 so though £39.99 is probably a good price for them, suspect they regularly go down in price to £30-40 ie wouldn't pay £60 for them.

The deal has finished so want worth looking to to be fair. It was these though since you asked https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0774B1XB4/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_utwjBb4WW28PN When I say "better" I mean the overall deal was better by virtue of those being much cheaper for similar quality.

Bought some of these from Sainsbury in Scunthorpe last week for £15 to clear. They also had the next model up for about £30 but can’t remember the details.

louiselouise

I have these, they're not going to blow your socks off sonically (I prefer my Noontec Zoro HD 'phones - unfortunately they're wired) but they're reasonably good. I used to avoid answering calls via Bluetooth but I do it all the time now! Saw a recent thread for these at £19.95*. They also make your ears/head ache with extended wear!..and I don't have a fat head, either. *Edit: Hmm, mind you, seems that thread has people complaining they were sent the wired set. Currys had them for £26.99 about a year ago.

Embarrassingly fake RRP. Avoid.

Triggahappy21

I managed to try them out today...The earbuds are average, I used them whilst training and it did the job...even when adjusting the bud size...The headphones on the other hand were a good investment, perfectly covers around the whole ear (it doesn't settle ON the ears), bass and trebles were really good and I didn't hear any distorting sound when using both wired and bluetooth. Turning on the noise cancellation switch enhances the bass and treble even further, but never really needed to use it whilst working in the office with colleagues next to me. So far so good!

retrend

They should be for this price 😋

D3ATHST3P

Yep lol but I got them and they’re really good

rmax1

I have these and paid £42 without the free earbuds. They're really good for the price. I'm listening to them right now on the train and can't fault them. Battery life is excellent, the wireless range is good and signal very stable with no cutting out. Also the noise cancelling works well. I initially bought these as a temporary set until a good deal comes up on bose qc35s or Sonys but can't really see any need to upgrade now as I'm very happy with these.
