SoundMAGIC E10BT In Ear Isolating Bluetooth Earphones with Smartphone Controls & Mic £24.99 with code at hifi headphones

Got an email through from HiFi Headphones announcing a sale on SoundMAGIC E10BT headphones, running until Monday. £59.99 reduced to £24.99 with the voucher 'SM35'. Get good reviews… Read more

Received these yesterday. Not as good as I'd hoped. Worth the 25 but can definitely tell the difference from the wired versions. Signal is pretty poor, a hand in the way can interfear and it will struggle 2m away from source. Overall they're OK but nothing great. I wouldn't pay more than 25 however.

The wired version of these are great, and I happily paid £40 for those. To see the BT version at even less is awesome. Hot hot hot.

Great find, thank you! I use the wired version and they're great. I was looking for some wireless earphones for the gym and I'm sure these will do the trick.

If these are anything like the wired E10s I had ,- they had hardly any bass - and I listen to rock, classical and voice. The wired E10s had rave reviews but mine broke as one earpiece and wires came apart (build quality not great imo) Wouldn't buy again

Coming from E10 - > E10S I think its worth a try with these... Thanks OP

That’s sounds like a very different kind of video.

Whatever you want, I think the first step is just making content - any content. Getting used to the stuff you might want to do like editing and creating, promotion, whatever.

Fistcam is all you need as you lay into him

Hahahahaha, that's a good start ;) I need a hidden camera

Behringer C-1 Studio Condenser Microphone £23.00 @ Amazon (Prime members Exclusive)

A good price for this condenser microphone from amazon - this price is for amazon prime members
Get dealGet deal

not true, but especially not true for the C-1U which has very low output and so is designed for close micing. Its such low output I'm thinking about returning it.

Unless you're in a sound proof room, get a dynamic mic. Condensrs pick up everything

thanks Rob gone for the usb one

this version needs phantom power, i imagine the usb version will get power from the computer and is really cheap at the moment https://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/Behringer-C-1U-Studio-Condensor-Microphone/product/B001QXCYZY

This looks like it's went up in price and isn't the usb version and does require phantom power. The usb one is 26 tho..... https://www.amazon.co.uk/Behringer-C-1U-Studio-Condensor-Microphone/dp/B001QXCYZY

Everything should be £1 including the carrier bag

Daughter gonna try it tonight. Ps3 singstar.

Could they work with the si9ngstar range of games?? Seen them for a while however not much info on the box so put it off.

Won't work on the original Wii, only the Logitech Vantage mics work on that console. This will work with the Wii U and Switch versions of Just Dance and Sing It though :)

By the looks of this, these are re-badged Rock Band 4 mics which I can honestly say are one of the best USB mics you can get for Rock Band/Guitar Hero/Karaoke games as they are well built and have a nice long cord.

My son luv it too. I gonna buy the second one. THX (y)

This would be ideal for a build-your-own Alexa using a raspberry pi connected via bluetooth.

Bought this a few weeks ago for our little girl. It's pretty good. The mic isn't very sensitive so you have to sing pretty loud or put your mouth right on the miccand then it gets a bit distorted. There is a noticeable Bluetooth interference over the speaker but once you play music through it you can't hear it. It's great as a speaker though. Loud enough. Well worth it for kids to sing into, or in our case for our 2 year old to scream into it.

Voted hot and bought

SelfieMic Selfie Stick Microphone at just £7.99......party! (party) (y)

I have just been to grab this for my daughter who's 6 she's having great fun with it but I don't think it's even worth £7.99 you can't use the promo code to get extra songs so there's not much choice unless your willing to pay £14.99 a month for access to new music. Cheaply made wouldn't recommend to anyone who is thinking about buying you'd be better off buying a tripod from Poundland (Hope this helps)

Shame this has increased to £23.64 now. I was trying to find a good deal on this microphone since it seems like a much cheaper alternative to the Rode VideoMicro. The cheapest price I can find now is on eBay UK for £21.18. It would've been nice to get it for less but I'm struggling to know where to look. :(

Same here hardly any difference on my phone tbh.

Received mine today. Bit disappointed though, it doesn't seem any louder or better quality than the built-in mics on my sound recorder. Seems you need to get it really close to your subject for a decent volume without too much background noise.

Thanks. It was the discount code making the difference.

It looks like it's been around this price or cheaper in the past packaged with a current PC game... I'll wait for one of those to come back up.

Well- and the one I linked to above of course which is massively reduced. But it all depends on what she wants to do. A microphone on its own is completely useless of course- is she going to be singing through an amp/PA? Do you need this amplification? Or would she be recording with the microphone? If so, what recording equipment does she already have? The microphone I linked to is for recording. The industry standard (& affordable) microphone for performing/amplifying with is an SM57/58. I doubt this USB microphone is going to be the best microphone for any singer, especially with no XLS jacks which is the standard connection on microphones.

As far as I remember from my research, microphones come in two varieties. Usb and something involving additional equipment (I didn't look too much into those). For this price range, there are 4 main microphones you can't go wrong with. This one, the rode nt usb, a audiotechnica one (2020 I believe) and the razor one. The differences seem to be minimal and are more personal preference than actual performance (people will argue this but this is the general advice I saw repeated). I personally would have gone with the rode because of the design but it's at 114 on sale whereas I can get this for 65. All the microphones mentioned just use usb so you plug and play and download audacity to fine tune anything.

My daughter is after a microphone for her birthday - she sings. Which one is best for this and do I need to buy anything else?

Cheers, going for a Fishman Rare Earth Blend I think for that, and looking at condenser mics to go with it. Really want to pick out the percussion in there for recording, so many different sounds. Sounds awful on a single mic, although to be fair, much better than a phone cam, haha. Just looking at a whole new set up for it really. Wasn't looking at this for it, it just came up in the search as I was shopping around, so thought I'd share it. Thanks again :)

For recording acoustic guitar I'd use a small diaphragm condenser. An AKG C1000s is a good, affordable 'industry standard', mic often used for this purpose. The Senn e604 is primarily designed for live, on the road use.

Were 17.99 the past week or so until 2 hours ago. Glad I caught that price as I returned my Anker's yesterday.

Hi - Now £19.99 by the looks of things

Get the slim + I think they are amazing for the price/sound quality and connectivity performance . Bass heavy and I get around 5 hours BL.

They are great but i lost 3 ear tips in 2 months.

They looked great but I returned mine because they were faulty. On the left channel there was an audible hiss (receiver picking up signal) during quiet passages of songs or changing tracks (mobile device and PC). On podcasts it was more noticeable. Increasing the volume to the max hid the noise. Creative did offer me a replacement but after reading some reviews it seems the audible hiss is an issue with the design, i just think the hissing on my pair was far louder than in others to the point where it became irritating.

Took delivery a couple of days ago, tested it last night. Much better tone, there is a better bass to the recorded sound and a little bit louder too. Yet to try it with the gimbal, but with the built in mic the sound is useless with the interference from the gimbal. So as long as the internal mics are muted (which I think they will be) the improvement will be huge.

Is this a good option for a Canon EOS M3?

I rarely record audio on my phone but with a mic like this any app will be OK, just depends if you want to record in mp3 or wav etc.

Thanks for sharing op. Can you recommend a good Android app for recording please.

Great mic. Comes with phone and dslr 3.5mm jacks unlike rode and you have to buy the phone one separately.

I've been reading lots of reviews including the newer 698 Takstar, just difficult to know which is better for my needs :). Thinking the stereo may be better for the motor sport stuff I'll probably be mainly using it for, but getting results from a Google search is proving hard ;)

I was looking at this too, I've been intrigued by the cheaper takstar. Any other recommendations, I'd be interested to know, thank

I got the Comica CVM-V30 which has the option to add +10db. I googled sound and you need to change audio to manual . Sound is nice and with an extended lead i can place it anywhere (on a cheap tripod). £35 amazon and good reviews.

The one you posted ships from China - here's one that's shipped from the UK, and it's even cheaper here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5mm-BOYA-BY-MM1-Microphone-Condensor-Mic-Fr-IPhone-Samsung-Nikon-Canon-M4U3/113009435633?epid=15019769294&hash=item1a4fe323f1:g:dhQAAOSwqDhbBOuK

Mine has also been very bad with my Canon 750D. Get this constant buzzing noise in all audio. Was hoping would find a fix for it, but no luck in the 15 months I’ve had it.
