Palicomp Custom pitches - Updated AMD 5600x / 5800x | 3070 5800 GPUs

Posted 21st Jan 2021
Morning Guys.

# Latest pitch deal on the RTX3070 / 5600x by palicomp done this week and then some tweaks on top of it to.

5600x + 3070 £1550.00
5800x + 3070 £1650.00

5600x + 3800 £1650.00
5800x + 3800 £1750.00

Rest of the System:

Asus B550 Tuf Motherboard
CM 240MM Cooler
GameMax F15 Case
Seasonic 650W GOLD PSU
Windows 10 -
1TB NVME
2TB Harddrive / (ask for 1TB SSD Sata in exchange +£25)
ADATA 16GB 3600mhz (2x8)

AXRX 6800 16GBD6-M2DHC - PowerColor
::Palit Products - GeForce RTX™ 3070 GamingPro ::

obvious the 6800 is an newer entry card in to this current market so more valuation guides coming, but these are instock to go "low quantity" and a nice bench to compare elsewhere as its early days on the 6800

As for the 3070 builds bang on market rate.

and the gaps between 5600x/5800x is bang on market rate too on either.

So thats the current "custom" lets see how the others bite this week.

i have pitched them "again" for the underdog cpu range on these 3070s
-> so im waiting on that.

and the reason im late on that idea is i had nice last gens + 3060ti at 1k-1.2k after tweaks. - SOLD OUT

We did have the AWD £1099 then now 1199 due to psu +£20 msi 3x fan +50 abd nothing else.

time we crank that upto 1TB / and get the ram sorted we talking 1333ish

    AWD TD500 DRGB Ryzen 5600X 6 Core 4.6GHz NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB Desktop PC for Gaming (awd-it.co.uk)

and then the ones which fall into the 1200 range are ones like this mate:

    AlphaSync RTX 3070 Ryzen 7 16GB RAM 1TB HDD 480GB SSD Gaming Desktop PC £1,099.98 @ Ebuyer - hotukdeals

it does have 1200 parts but one is scraping the barrel.

single channel ram the older ryzen 7, a 3600 would be better. ^ im hoping i can get pali to price match this / correct this.

and then we did have a punch one, but ive never anything as silly for 1.2k before i saw that. ill leave that there.

    but i am looking,

last month i had nice 1-1.2, but no 1.5 and now its flipped. (edited)

10400 with its uhd is good enough for basic encoding, 1080 anything higher then id get a dedicated. "personal"

Both are available from these competive.

I am a complete newbie to PC's, I have scrolled through the comments on some of your posts but I have no idea what CPU, PSU etc means never mind which is best.Looking to purchase a prebuilt plug and play gaming PC capable of playing high end games such as COD, fortnite etc. Also fine to use as a standalone everyday PC for kids homework and editing videos, ideally with built in wifi as it won't be positioned near the router. Looking to spend around £600 but would sooner spend a bit more if advisable (don't want to miss out on a cracking deal or someone say if you would have spent another xxx you would have got a PC that is 10 x better).Any information would be great but please make it a simple as possible, and if you have one in mind please let me know. Many thanks

I keep seeing really great deals that you post but I’m still quite indecisive and I was wondering if you could help me. Ideally I’d like an AMD machine with an RTX 3080 and a minimum of 16GB RAM. As I case I really like the Crystal Series 570X but every time I try to add components or customise something I keep getting messages about incompatibility and is kind of frustrating as I don’t know what I’m missing. I know this is an old thread but I’d appreciate if you could help me. Thank you very much.

Got a Zoom meeting for my own work coming up, but will message u laters n give u a hand.

My intentions are to use it for work, I want a fast CPU with at least 12 threads (that isn't the 3700x or 3800x because of memory bandwidth issues). A cheap gpu that can run old + arcade games, 32gb ram (for large matrix calculations), fast storage. I guess maybe I don't need the B550 plus? (Picked it because it had pcie 4 for future) How could it be improved? Sorry for all the Q's (edited)

Interested to know your thoughts on Costco's current offerings. They have offerings from AWD with both the 3070 and 3080, and all seems in stock as of right now. But I wondered if you thought either was good value?
