Ordered a McDonalds on Deliveroo a week or two ago. Never arrived but they said it was in progress for 2 hours with no way of me knowing if I would or wouldn't get the food. Decided to try a McDonalds for breakfast before going to the cinema. After waiting for so long for them to make it I would have only had 5 minutes to shovel it down before the film started, asked for a refund and had a five guys after the movie instead.

McDonalds aren't cheap any more, their menu is boring ("it's the brand new burger, same as the standard one but with a different sauce!") and the service is appauling. Support a local indie place instead.

Sometimes it's the delivery people, I've seen them not update the status properly to say they have collected, person at the counter told one of the guys to update it to say it's collected and he reluctantly did do so, seems they do it to make their stats look better or something

McDonald's is so unimaginative in the UK. Even the names are rubbish. McCrispy. McSpicy. Wow, a quarter pounder with added BBQ sauce... Who got paid for that?

Have they ever tried to do "British" flavours, like how they localise pretty much everywhere else?

That biscoff Mcflurry was a bit of a let down anyway

Wasn't keen myself, usually like Biscoff though.

Much prefer Burger King and the Biscoff was a huge letdown. Portion sizes for burgers seem to have shrunk no end!

Prefer BK too but they seem to be closing branches everywhere, now my nearest is over 20 miles away!

Went to McDonald’s yesterday for the first time this year and the prices are ridiculous, even the saver menu!

Is it just a McCrispy with bacon and salad?

£7.80 for a meal at maccies. I love me a double cheeseburger, but man we live in wacky times now.

Can't see any garlic in those cheesy garlic bites

What would you expect the garlic to look like?

Why buy a BBQ quarter meal when you can buy a normal one save a quid and ask for BBQ sauce?

I didn't end up ordering the McTriple due to the previous bad reviews given.
