Aquiss Broadband - Thoughts?

Posted 21st Jul 2023
Looking at several broadband providers, and I recently stumbled across Aquiss.

The reviews look outstanding from this smallish firm.

Anyone used them before?

Also, any referrals etc for discounts?

They have a deal for
900mbps FTTP
£27.50a month, for 6 months
£55.00a month, thereafter

£0.00 activation / installPrices shown are inclusive of VAT
Offer equivalent to £41.25 per month

Aquiss are an established name that have been around for a decade or so. While I've not been with them personally If they've got good reviews I'd have no problems in signing up.

I'm with them currently - static IP, consistently good connection and very good support. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

That's quite expensive compared to other altnet providers, but of course it's entirely dependent on who is available in your area.

For context, I pay £25 per month for symmetrical gigabit with YouFibre. (edited)

    Absolutely
You have city fibre in your area, who are generally cheaper

These are on open reach which have more coverage in the uk, but have a stranglehold in terms of price :-(
