Can you topup o2 disney plus?

Hi, I join o2 on 5th July and active my disney for 6 months, which is going to end 5th jan 2024, I'm going to buy another o2 sim on same account which offer 3months disney with it. Will I be able to add another 3 moths to my existing disny or its not possible? Because when I join I will get a link to active my offer what will happened when I click on it. Thank you
