MyMemory ignoring emails for return request

Posted 21st May 2023
I bought an iPad smart folio for iPad Pro (11inch 2nd generation) which is what it was described as, but was sent a 1st generation case. Contacted support & they acknowledged the mistake and even changed the description on the item page and only offered me 25% refund to keep the item that I cannot use. I insisted on a return and full refund but they are just ignoring me.

Bypass the return request as there is no obligation to return.
    Go straight to the point:
As MyMemory has accepted the item supplied was not as described I have exercised my short-term right to reject as provided by Consumer Rights Act.
Consumer Rights Act requires the associated refund to given without undue delay.
Please indicate when that refund was processed.
Please also indicate if MyMemory wishes to arrange collection of the incorrectly supplied rubbish or if MyMemory would prefer that I recycle the rubbish at no charge to MyMemory.
MyMemory has been aware of this issue since dd May 2023 yet has failed to act appropriately.
Should I not receive a positive response by close of business Tuesday 23 May 2023 I shall commence payment recovery action without further notice.

How long have you been in contact with them? - I find it strange they would not action a basic RMA.

If you read the MM t&c you probably wouldn't bother place any order,
unless buying any single item over £100 and paying directly by credit.

It would be difficult to enforce English (UK) legislation on this entity that is subject to independent non-UK Je legislation (regardless of what the t&c suggest),
plus other highly questionable and non-consumer-friendly phrases related to returns, which kinda reflects the issue that OP is having.

    Summary:
probably OK if no issues; highly likely not OK if basic statutory UK consumer protection legislation enforcement is required.

As asked before, how long has it been as they can take their time in replying.

I believe it has been 4 working days after me sending a third email asking for instructions on how to return it for a full refund
