Hi there's a Dell Monitor deal on here:
Delivery says "By 25 October" ie no specific date.
Support says will be via UPS or Syncreon.
Has anyone ordered from Dell and had the option to change the day or local collect with either of those two couriers?
From what I read, you only get info the day before delivery when it arrives at UK customs.
I'd like to make a specific day I'll be in or redirect to a local pick up shop.

sorted byAlso if you register with UPS, I’ve set any missed deliveries to go to my local collection point which seem to happen same day, guessing the driver picks up parcels from there at the end of his route or something.
Syncreon is a logistics company that does the pick/pack/storage and usually hands over to other carriers. However for some very large orders or to businesses, they do it themselves.
You should be able to use UPS My Choice or the UPS tracking number once you get it to rearrange delivery or send to a UPS Access Point. You'll probably not get the UPS tracking number until the day before, likely late at night.
