Hi
Is anyone also having difficulties logging and or signing up on TopCashback website I have failed to access my account for the past 5 days and neither signing up what’s up?? I keep getting ERROR 403 FORBIDDEN used this site for donkey years without problems SO FRUSTRATING, Eeek

    Welcome to HUKD.
    Assuming definitely correct URL & no typos: TCB doesn't lke your IP, browser, device, system time or other access identity component.
    Check/correct system time; clear cookies; try again.
    If still 403, clear cookies then switch from either cellular data to wifi/ethernet of vice versa, using tethering if required.
    If still 403, try from another device using same data source.
    If still 403, post back stating problematic device(s), browser(s) and ISP(s).

    I'm getting the 403 error code too but only through my wifi (Sky), not mobile data (also Sky). I've cleared cookies, browsing data etc on Chrome but still can't get through via wifi. Can never get through to a human at Sky these days obvs. I messaged TCB about this too and they suggested checking router settings which I've done and no sites are blocked/Broadband Shield is off. NO idea what to try next. It's just annoying is all.

    I have had same issues on and off for past week. sometimes works sometimes doesn't. Nothing my end so must be TCB problem. Frustrating when I want to buy something via TCB and can't

    Having these issues - your swap from mobile to WiFi worked! No idea why.

    For anyone else trying, instead of clearing your cookies, tried signing in using an incognito/in private session (saves the hassle of clearing all cookies & tests if it will work 1st).

    Yes, after ages of using it, have started getting the 404 message. I don't know what has happened to change that.

    I have had this issue last year, when using wi-fi try using your mobile Internet and raise a support ticket and they can look into it further.
