Most chargers for android are c on one end and normal usb on the other tho. Not both end usb c

Of course! :D these are starting to pick up now and everything’s moving toward these (except for Apple (annoyed) ). I thought I would just mention the Switch as I can imagine many people who have iPhones or Micro USB cables might forget :) like me ;)

or Android phone?

Good price (highfive) Could be useful for anyone with a Nintendo Switch :D

Seems most home entertainment manufacturers abandoned the idea pretty early on. So your hdmi cable can do it, but it’s unlikely any of us have devices to make use of it. Which is a shame

Do all TVs with Ethernet allow it

the idea is that you have one device that's connected to your router (ie the TV). then everything connected to the TV (sky box, DVD/blue-ray player, playstation/xbox) gets it's internet via the TV. i think the idea was to declutter multiple wire cables and/or reduce wireless device connections. but the idea never caught on. reading up on it, it appears some folk who require v v v long HDMI cables (eg feeding to a Sky signal into a summer house in the back garden) plug the hdmi cable into an ethernet adapter for the necessary length, have another adapter at the other end to convert it back to HDMI, then plug is into the device.

Not even sure how it’s supposed to work

The product code is F3Y023BF2M :/

For those on O2 you can get this for the same price through the Priority app - using a code to buy directly from O2 either online or instore.

Argos have it wrong. It’s in the q&a on the website. Plus I’m pretty sure there isn’t a 5w model.

The wireless chargers that are half the price don't come with an AC adaptor and you need a quick charge AC adaptor to get the faster 7.5W charging, so this is a good price when you factor in that it comes with the AC adaptor.

Belkin Valet Apple Watch Charging Stand £28.02 @ Kikatek Amazon

Brilliant price! Integrated charger, stunning design.

I’ve had my eye on a portable charger. I have a nightstand but it requires the cable that came with the watch to be used and taking that out each time I go away is a nuisance. How many charges do you get out of this?

There are now aftermarket cables that do the same job for a bit cheaper. Personally I have a portable charger (which can be permanently plugged in) and it does a great job and costs less than the 2m cable does and this can be used anywhere Great if your away from home for a few fats and don’t want to be taking cables and plugs with you

They certainly do; the 2m cable is £39.

They sell 2 different length cables I believe

USB extension is like £1-2. Some people don’t want long cables so you can’t win.

I've had a belkin one for years and never had an issues. Will have to see how these one goes. I guess £3 each it's hardly the end of the world. (lol)

No I bought the anker one same price omg the quality is no comparable

In CEX they have a 48 hour return policy onto a voucher (in store) that's kept low key. They said that some people try to abuse it though by trying to finish computer games fast and keep swapping them umpteen times for another one. They do keep records though and ban those customers eventually.

Lol, I guess so ... "I once knew a girl that bought clothes and tucked in the price tag so ever week she got a free new set of clothes to wear every week on her night out. Tut tut." The infamous 'American Dream R Us' comes to the UK, huh?. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm, I remember such 'habits' being ALWAYYYYS highlighted in things like Beverly Hills 90210, Clueless, and such like, going wayyyyyy back already ... And only for it to then emerge it's 'head' here, x-Years later?. :-D It looks like even with the passing of much 'time', nowt all really changes after all I guess? (regardless of where we are ... ) lol.

Sorry that your store didn't have any left. I guess it's going to be some stores will have lots and others none. It's rare that I find decent bargains in Sainsbury's. (lol)

To be fair I’ve seen no difference in using this as opposed to the myriad of cheaper ones aimed at Android users for the past few years. I know Apple recommend this and the Mophie one but that’s purely as those companies have paid to partner Apple

Good spot. Had been looking at the 5w one for a higher price. Then saw this one but no way was I paying full price. Ordered this. Thanks 😁

It is £12.50 why it has been posted at £15.50 is beyond me

Just my 2 pence. I have 2 of these, turn on outside lights I have fitted on my external garage and soffit downlights at the front of my house. Had them 2 years with no problems, coming on 15mins before sunset and off at 10;30pm. Work perfectly!

Don’t do it. I’ve bought these in the past. Mine are relegated to Christmas lights, they aren’t as annoying if they don’t come on or go off. The connectivity is crap and unreliable. Even then that has been when in various WiFi setups.

Not worth the hassle unfortunately, but a good spot op and appreciated Thanks.

Slow, laggy, unrelible.. that comes on my mind when I see it. I've had two of them for a week and returned.. WeMo app to control this is a pure pain in the.. you know where. Save yourself the frustration and get TP-Link, EGo or Sonoff. e. on the other hand if you want it just to operate the schedule (set and forget) that's great bargain!

Gadget show reviewed this week much better than nest and hive and my ring cam and doorbell has so many issues I’m giving up on them

I’m talking about one I returned just over a week ago. Firmware should certainly have matured. As for coverage, it is limited by using its own hub, which is silly. Especially in the days of mesh WiFi solutions.

The first one was the first CCTV for Netgear, so imagine they had all sorts of issues. I've heard nothing but good things about the Pro version - some feedback in other deals on here too. Obviously, with it being wireless, not suitable for all homes.

Expired now I think.

Belking Boost Up Wirless Charging Pad £9.99 on Amazon Treasure Truck

Half the price that it currently is on Amazon - get it before they sell out
Get dealGet deal

When they launched, they had 2 trucks which visited different parts of the country. Not sure if they've added any more, but they certainly don't have anything like full UK coverage - so, these offers are basically localised to specific locations rather than being open to everyone.

Is the item actually good? I can see cheaper pads by Ravpower and the likes.

I think the idea is its cheaper to load a truck with one item to sell in bulk so the one near me hits York Bradford and Leeds at 10, 2, and 6 and rotas the times and city's.

Oh is there only one truck? I figured all eligible locations got the same offer on the same day via multiple trucks. I stand corrected. Still pretty wasteful to send a truck all over the country to sell a single item.

Hate this treasure truck concept. Always miles away (I appreciate they can't be everywhere) and always during working hours. Seems too impractical too, driving multiple trucks around to sell one product only.

Why is this so hot? The 20k warranty is pretty meaningless IMO

Better value I believe

I realise the 2.4A is supposedly shared between the 2 ports, but if you only use one of the USB ports, can it supply 2.4A if needed, or is it really 1.2A for each port? Thanks.

got something very similar from ALDI not long back, £9.99 full price.

For me it’s night

3.06am is good morning

I would say output is just as important imo no point having a huge capacity If it takes hours to charge and your using your battery up faster then it can charge it

My Belkin 6600AH (2 charging ports) was under a £10 from Curry's last year.

I don’t have a link all I’m saying is it’s cheaper than £22.99 so that’s all goodnight

Reserved thanks- going to give it a go for a back up charger for my 13” MacBook Pro. If it works; great, a cheap spare and if it doesn’t, I’ll simply return it!

Yeah, but 60W instead of 87W isn't much slower. Many normal laptop power bricks are either 45W or 60W.

13 inch MacBook Pro draws 61W and should work with this. 15 inch MacBook Pro may not, or charge slower.

The Macbook Pro can't draw the normal 60W? That seems like a design issue on Apple's side.

I wish this is a thunderbolt 3 cable....
